การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างซ่อมแซมและบำรุงรักษาระบบป้ายดิจิทัล EXAT Digital Signage ที่ติดตั้งในอาคารศูนย์บริหารทางพิเศษ กทพ. และอาคารศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษต่างๆ ซึ่งประกอบด้วยป้ายดิจิทัลแบบตั้งพื้น 32 เครื่อง, แบบรูปตัว K 1 เครื่อง และ Wall Display 1 ชุด รวมถึงระบบซอฟต์แวร์บริหารจัดการสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์ดิจิทัล อุปกรณ์เครื่องลูกข่าย เครื่องแม่ข่าย อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ กล้อง 4K และอุปกรณ์ถ่ายทอดสัญญาณห้องประชุม เพื่อให้ระบบป้ายดิจิทัลสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่องสำหรับประชาสัมพันธ์ข่าวสาร กิจกรรม และข้อมูลสำคัญ โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2569 โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,782,000 บาท ผู้รับจ้างมีหน้าที่จัดทำแผนการทำงาน ดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (PM) 12 ครั้ง และบำรุงรักษาเชิงแก้ไข (CM) ตอบสนองปัญหาภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง และแก้ไขให้แล้วเสร็จภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงการปรับปรุง Software, Firmware และ License ให้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นล่าสุด และจัดทำรายงานผลการปฏิบัติงานส่งมอบเป็นรายเดือน

The Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT) is seeking to procure maintenance services for its EXAT Digital Signage system installed in the EXAT Headquarters building and various expressway control centers. The system includes 32 floor-standing digital signs, 1 K-type sign, and 1 Wall Display unit, along with digital media management software, client devices, servers, network distribution equipment, 4K cameras, and meeting room signal transmission equipment. The objective is to ensure the efficient and continuous operation of the digital signage system for disseminating news, activities, and important information. The project duration is 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with a budget of 2,782,000 Baht. The contractor is responsible for submitting a work plan, performing 12 preventive maintenance (PM) sessions, and corrective maintenance (CM) with a 24-hour response time and 48-hour resolution time. This also includes updating software, firmware, and licenses to the latest versions and submitting monthly performance reports.
