โรงพยาบาลพหลพลพยุหเสนา จังหวัดกาญจนบุรี มีความประสงค์จะจัดจ้างปรับปรุง ดูแล บำรุงรักษาเครื่องอ่านและแปลงสัญญาณภาพเอกซเรย์เป็นระบบดิจิตอล (CR) และระบบจัดเก็บและส่งข้อมูลภาพทางการแพทย์ (PACS) ระยะเวลา 12 เดือน ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2568 ถึง 30 กันยายน 2569 ด้วยงบประมาณ 2,400,000 บาท โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการให้บริการผู้ป่วยทั้งในและนอก รองรับการจัดเก็บภาพเอกซเรย์และข้อมูลทางการแพทย์ที่เพิ่มขึ้น ทำให้รังสีแพทย์และบุคลากรทำงานได้สะดวก รวดเร็ว และมีประสิทธิภาพยิ่งขึ้น รวมถึงเชื่อมโยงระบบภาพดิจิทัลเข้ากับระบบสารสนเทศของโรงพยาบาล

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการตรวจสอบความผิดปกติทางกายภาพและซอฟต์แวร์ การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance) ทั้งทางโทรศัพท์ รีโมท และบริการหน้างานภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง หรือวันทำการถัดไปหากแก้ไขทางไกลไม่ได้ โดยบริการรวมอะไหล่และชิ้นส่วนสำหรับการใช้งานปกติ นอกจากนี้ยังมีการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกันทุก 4 เดือนตลอดอายุสัญญา ผู้ให้บริการต้องดูแลอุปกรณ์หลัก ได้แก่ เครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ศูนย์กลางสำหรับ PACS (พร้อมซอฟต์แวร์และเซิร์ฟเวอร์แบบ Virtualization) เครื่องแปลงสัญญาณภาพเอกซเรย์ดิจิตอล (Wireless Flat Panel Detector, DR Console ทั้งแบบปกติและแบบเคลื่อนที่) รวมถึงการรับประกันความเสียหายตลอดอายุสัญญา การอัปเดต/อัปเกรดซอฟต์แวร์ฟรี และการเชื่อมต่อเครื่องมือแพทย์ใหม่ตามมาตรฐาน DICOM โดยไม่คิดค่าใช้จ่ายเพิ่ม การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้เสนอจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ด้านราคาเป็นหลัก และการชำระเงินจะแบ่งเป็น 3 งวดตามรอบการบำรุงรักษา

Phaholpolpayuhasena Hospital, Kanchanaburi Province, seeks proposals for the maintenance and upgrade of its Digital X-ray Signal Reader and Converter (CR) and Picture Archiving and Communication System (PACS). The contract spans 12 months, from October 1, 2025, to September 30, 2026, with a budget of 2,400,000 Baht. The project aims to enhance patient service efficiency, accommodate the growing volume of X-ray images and medical data, streamline workflows for radiologists and medical personnel, and integrate digital imaging systems with the hospital’s information system.

The scope of work includes regular physical and software inspections, corrective maintenance via phone, remote access, and on-site visits within 24 hours or the next business day for complex issues, with parts included for normal wear and tear. Preventive maintenance is required every four months throughout the contract. Key equipment covered includes the central PACS computer (with software and virtualization server), digital X-ray signal converters (wireless flat panel detectors, DR consoles, and mobile DR consoles). The service provider must guarantee all damages under normal use for the contract duration, provide free software updates/upgrades, and integrate new medical devices according to DICOM standards at no additional cost. Bids will be evaluated primarily on price, and payments will be made in three installments aligned with the four-monthly maintenance cycles.
