โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารที่ทําการสํานักงานยุติธรรมจังหวัดนครนายก มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อสร้างสำนักงานที่มั่นคงและเป็นศูนย์กลางในการให้บริการด้านยุติธรรมแก่ประชาชนในจังหวัดนครนายก โดยอาคารที่ทำการจะต้องมีพื้นที่ใช้สอยที่เพียงพอต่อการปฏิบัติงานของเจ้าหน้าที่ และมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกที่เหมาะสม

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างอาคารตามแบบแปลนที่กำหนด การติดตั้งระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบสุขาภิบาล และระบบปรับอากาศ การจัดภูมิทัศน์โดยรอบอาคาร และการดำเนินการอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าอาคารพร้อมใช้งาน

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการก่อสร้างตามแบบและข้อกำหนดที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ให้แล้วเสร็จภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และต้องรับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายที่เกิดขึ้นระหว่างการก่อสร้าง รวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาอาคารในช่วงระยะเวลารับประกัน

This project is a bidding process for the construction of the Nakhon Nayok Provincial Justice Office building. The main objective is to create a stable office building and a central hub for providing justice services to the public in Nakhon Nayok Province. The building must have sufficient usable space for staff operations and appropriate facilities.

The scope of work includes building construction according to the specified blueprints, installation of electrical, plumbing, sanitation, and air conditioning systems, landscaping around the building, and other related operations to ensure the building is ready for use.

The contractor must complete the construction according to the specifications outlined in the TOR within the specified timeframe and is responsible for any damages that occur during construction, as well as building maintenance during the warranty period.
