เอกสารนี้เป็นรายการตรวจสอบเอกสารที่ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องเตรียมและยื่นในการเสนอราคาโครงการจัดซื้อจัดจ้างภาครัฐด้วยระบบอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ ประกอบด้วยเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับสถานะทางกฎหมายของผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอ ไม่ว่าจะเป็นนิติบุคคล (ห้างหุ้นส่วน, บริษัทจำกัด), บุคคลธรรมดา หรือคณะบุคคล รวมถึงกรณีการยื่นข้อเสนอร่วมกันในฐานะผู้ร่วมค้า นอกจากนี้ ยังมีแบบตรวจสอบข้อมูลผู้ประกอบการสำหรับโครงการที่มีวงเงินตั้งแต่ 300 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป และแบบข้อตกลงคุณธรรม (Integrity Pact) สำหรับโครงการที่มีวงเงินตั้งแต่ 1,000 ล้านบาทขึ้นไป ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องตรวจสอบและจัดเตรียมเอกสารให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และเป็นความจริงทุกประการ เพื่อให้การเสนอราคาเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามเงื่อนไขที่กำหนด

This document is a checklist of documents that bidders must prepare and submit when bidding for Thai government procurement projects through the e-bidding system. It includes documents related to the legal status of the bidder, whether it is a legal entity (partnership, limited company), natural person, or group of persons, as well as in the case of joint ventures. In addition, there is a form for checking the information of entrepreneurs for projects with a budget of 300 million baht or more, and an Integrity Pact form for projects with a budget of 1,000 million baht or more. Bidders must check and prepare all documents completely, correctly, and truthfully in order for the bidding process to proceed smoothly and to meet all the specified conditions.
