โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการจัดงานมหกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมจังหวัดคุณธรรม โดยน้อมนำหลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงด้วยพลัง “บวร” ประจำปี 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการส่งเสริมให้ชุมชนและองค์กรคุณธรรมในจังหวัดระยองเป็นศูนย์กลางการเรียนรู้หลักธรรมทางพระพุทธศาสนา, หลักปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง, ประเพณี, และวิถีวัฒนธรรมไทย เพื่อนำไปประยุกต์ใช้ในการพัฒนาคุณภาพชีวิต นอกจากนี้ยังมุ่งเน้นการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดระยองภายใต้แนวคิด “เที่ยวชุมชน ยลวิถี” เพื่อสร้างภาพลักษณ์ที่ดีและกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจในภาคการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัด
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการออกแบบผังงานภาพรวม, รูปแบบ Theme การจัดงานให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์, การจัดรูปแบบการตกแต่งสถานที่ เช่น การสำรวจข้อมูลพื้นที่, การออกแบบ Site Plan, การออกแบบ Perspective/Side, การออกแบบซุ้มประตูทางเข้างาน, การออกแบบจุด Check In และการจัดรูปแบบเวที รวมถึงการจัดหาอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น คอมพิวเตอร์ Notebook, LCD Projector, จอ LED และอุปกรณ์อื่นๆ ที่จำเป็น
ผลลัพธ์ที่คาดหวังคือการจัดงานมหกรรมที่ประสบความสำเร็จในการส่งเสริมคุณธรรม, การท่องเที่ยวเชิงวัฒนธรรม, และการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดระยอง
This project involves hiring services to organize a grand event promoting moral principles in Rayong province, guided by the philosophy of Sufficiency Economy through the power of “Baworn” (home, temple, school) in the year 2025 BE (2022 CE). The objectives are to promote moral communities and organizations in Rayong as learning centers for Buddhist principles, Sufficiency Economy philosophy, Thai traditions, and culture, and to promote tourism in Rayong under the concept of “Travel Community, Admire Way of Life,” as well as to stimulate the tourism economy of Rayong province for higher growth.
The scope of work includes designing the overall layout, theme, and venue decoration, such as surveying the area, designing the Site Plan, Perspective/Side design, designing the entrance arch, designing the Check-In point, and organizing the stage layout. It also includes procuring necessary equipment such as Notebook computers, LCD Projectors, LED screens, and other necessary equipment.
The expected outcome is a successful grand event that promotes morality, cultural tourism, and stimulates the economy of Rayong province.
