โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อก่อสร้างอาคารบริการผู้ป่วยนอกอุบัติเหตุฉุกเฉิน 8 ชั้น ที่โรงพยาบาลสระบุรี เพื่อเพิ่มขีดความสามารถในการรองรับผู้ป่วยและให้บริการทางการแพทย์ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานก่อสร้างอาคารทั้งหมด รวมถึงงานระบบไฟฟ้า ประปา สุขาภิบาล และอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้องตามแบบและรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ใน TOR ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานก่อสร้างที่แล้วเสร็จตามระยะเวลาที่กำหนด และเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานทางวิศวกรรมที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ที่สนใจเข้าร่วมการประมูลจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่ระบุไว้ใน TOR และไม่มีส่วนได้ส่วนเสียกับผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอรายอื่น

This project aims to construct an 8-story outpatient and emergency service building at Saraburi Hospital to enhance its capacity to accommodate patients and provide more efficient medical services. The scope of work includes all building construction work, including electrical, plumbing, sanitary, and other related systems as specified in the TOR. The contractor must deliver the completed construction work within the specified timeframe and in accordance with relevant engineering standards. Interested bidders must be legal entities that meet the qualifications specified in the TOR and have no conflict of interest with other bidders.
