รายละเอียดการจ้าง
บริษัท ท่าอากาศยานไทย จำกัด (มหาชน) (ทชม.ทอท.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบริษัทภายนอกดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมสื่อมวลชนสัมพันธ์ประจำปี 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อขอบคุณสื่อมวลชนจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ที่ให้ความร่วมมือในการนำเสนอข่าวสาร เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีระหว่างผู้บริหาร ทชม. กับสื่อมวลชน เพิ่มพูนความรู้ด้านการบริหารจัดการท่าอากาศยานให้แก่สื่อมวลชน สร้างความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับความจำเป็นในการพัฒนา ทชม. และเสริมสร้างความรู้และประสบการณ์เกี่ยวกับวัฒนธรรม เศรษฐกิจ และแนวทางการพัฒนาการท่องเที่ยวของสาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (เกาหลีใต้)
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการดำเนินการ ประสานงาน และอำนวยความสะดวกในการจัดกิจกรรม ณ สาธารณรัฐเกาหลี (เกาหลีใต้) เป็นเวลา 5 วัน 3 คืน สำหรับผู้เข้าร่วม 35 คน ซึ่งประกอบด้วยผู้บริหาร พนักงาน ทชม. และสื่อมวลชนในจังหวัดเชียงใหม่ โดยมีกำหนดการเดินทางระหว่างวันที่ 12 – 16 สิงหาคม 2568 ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเตรียมแผนการเดินทาง บัตรโดยสารเครื่องบิน ที่พัก อาหาร เจ้าหน้าที่สนับสนุน ประกันภัยการเดินทาง คู่มือการเดินทาง และกิจกรรมส่งเสริมความสัมพันธ์ ตลอดจนรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง
Airports of Thailand Public Company Limited (AOT) intends to hire an external company to organize the annual media relations activity for 2025. The activity involves taking media representatives from Chiang Mai province to visit Incheon International Airport and conduct a study tour in South Korea for 5 days and 3 nights. The objectives are to thank the media for their cooperation in presenting news, strengthen relationships, and enhance knowledge in airport management. The trip will include 35 participants during August 12-16, 2025.
The scope of work includes coordinating and facilitating the event in South Korea for 5 days and 3 nights for 35 participants, including AOT executives, employees, and media representatives from Chiang Mai. The contractor must prepare a travel plan, air tickets, accommodation, meals, support staff, travel insurance, a travel guide, and relationship-building activities, as well as be responsible for other related expenses.
