รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Security ของระบบเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษของการทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) เพื่อให้ระบบจัดเก็บค่าผ่านทางพิเศษ MTC/ETC สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพสูงสุด โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องมีทีมงานที่มีความรู้ความชำนาญในการดูแลและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Security ต่างๆ เช่น Firewall, IPS, APT, Antivirus หรือ Traffic Log Server ที่ติดตั้งอยู่ตามศูนย์ควบคุมทางพิเศษต่างๆ และอาคารศูนย์บริหาร กทพ.
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) และเชิงแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง 7 วันต่อสัปดาห์ การต่ออายุการรับประกันอุปกรณ์และ Licenses, การจัดทำ Network Diagram ให้เป็นปัจจุบัน, การมีช่องทางการสื่อสารที่สามารถแจ้งเหตุขัดข้องได้ตลอดเวลา, และการจัดหาอุปกรณ์สำรองในกรณีที่อุปกรณ์หลักชำรุดเสียหาย นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องปรับแต่งแก้ไขการตั้งค่าการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ Security ตามที่ กทพ. ร้องขอ และตรวจสอบ Software และ Firmware ให้เป็นเวอร์ชั่นปัจจุบันอยู่เสมอ รวมถึงการทดสอบกู้คืนระบบ (Restore Configuration) และจัดทำรายงาน IT inventory list เป็นประจำ
กทพ. จะชำระค่าจ้างเป็นรายเดือนเมื่อมีการส่งมอบงานและคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุได้ตรวจรับงานเรียบร้อยแล้ว โดยมีการกำหนดอัตราค่าปรับหากผู้รับจ้างไม่สามารถทำงานให้แล้วเสร็จตามกำหนดเวลา หรือไม่สามารถแก้ไขปัญหาได้ภายในระยะเวลาที่กำหนด
This project aims to maintain the security equipment of the Expressway Authority of Thailand (EXAT)’s toll collection system to ensure continuous and efficient operation of the MTC/ETC toll collection system. The contractor must have a knowledgeable and skilled team to maintain security equipment such as Firewalls, IPS, APT, Antivirus, or Traffic Log Servers installed at various expressway control centers and the EXAT administration building.
The scope of work includes preventive and corrective maintenance 24/7, renewal of equipment warranties and licenses, updating network diagrams, providing communication channels for reporting malfunctions, and providing backup equipment in case of primary equipment failure. In addition, the contractor must adjust and correct the configuration of security equipment as requested by EXAT, keep the software and firmware up to date, perform restore configuration tests, and provide regular IT inventory list reports.
EXAT will pay monthly upon delivery and acceptance of the work by the inspection committee, with penalties for failure to complete the work on time or failure to resolve issues within the specified time frame.
