รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการบำรุงรักษา ดูแล และต่ออายุฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ ประจำปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ.2568 ขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสมุทรสาคร มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักสามประการ ได้แก่ 1) การควบคุมการเข้า-ออกอินเทอร์เน็ตและเก็บข้อมูลการใช้งานระบบเครือข่ายตามกฎหมายคอมพิวเตอร์ 2) การบำรุงรักษา ดูแล และต่ออายุฮาร์ดแวร์และซอฟต์แวร์ให้ทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และ 3) การเสริมสร้างประสิทธิภาพและการพัฒนาการบริการ
โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์เครือข่ายหลายชนิด เช่น อุปกรณ์บริหารจัดการ Bandwidth Internet, อุปกรณ์รวมสัญญาณ Core Switch, อุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณปลายทาง Access Switch รวมถึงระบบไฟฟ้าและสายสัญญาณ นอกจากนี้ยังรวมถึงการต่ออายุลิขสิทธิ์ซอฟต์แวร์สำคัญ 2 ชนิด ได้แก่ ซอฟต์แวร์ป้องกันเครือข่าย (Next Generation Firewall) และซอฟต์แวร์สำรองและกู้คืนข้อมูล (Backup & Recovery)
ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการบำรุงรักษาและตรวจสอบอุปกรณ์เดือนละครั้ง เป็นเวลา 1 ปี พร้อมจัดทำเอกสารแผนผังเครือข่ายและบันทึกการบำรุงรักษา โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 1 ปี แบ่งการชำระเงินเป็น 4 งวด โดยใช้งบประมาณทั้งสิ้น 770,000 บาท
The Hardware and Software Maintenance, Care, and Renewal Project for Fiscal Year 2025 by Samut Sakhon Provincial Administrative Organization has three main objectives: 1) Controlling internet access and collecting network usage data in compliance with the Computer Crimes Act, 2) Maintaining, caring for, and renewing hardware and software to ensure continuous operation, and 3) Enhancing efficiency and service development.
The project covers maintenance of various network equipment including Bandwidth Internet management devices, Core Switches, Access Switches, as well as electrical systems and cabling. It also includes renewing licenses for two critical software systems: Next Generation Firewall and Backup & Recovery software.
The contractor must perform monthly maintenance and inspection of equipment for one year, while providing network diagrams and maintenance records. The project duration is one year with payment divided into four installments, totaling a budget of 770,000 THB.
