ธนาคารอิสลามแห่งประเทศไทยกำลังเปิดประกวดราคาจ้างปรับปรุงการเช่าใช้ Cloud Platform สำหรับระบบ Mobile Banking ด้วยวิธีประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) โดยมีวงเงินงบประมาณ ๗,๐๐๐,๐๐๐.๐๐ บาท (เจ็ดล้านบาทถ้วน) โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับประสิทธิภาพและความเสถียรของระบบ Mobile Banking โดยอาศัยโครงสร้างพื้นฐาน Cloud Platform ที่ได้รับการปรับปรุงให้ทันสมัยและเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานปัจจุบันมากยิ่งขึ้น

ขอบเขตงานหลักมุ่งเน้นที่การปรับปรุงและบริหารจัดการ Cloud Platform ที่ใช้รองรับระบบ Mobile Banking ซึ่งรวมถึงการดูแลรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance) การจัดการความเสี่ยงด้านระบบ เช่น Disaster Recovery และ Fallback Plan รวมถึงการฝึกอบรมและถ่ายทอดความรู้ให้กับบุคลากรของธนาคาร ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด ๓๙๕ วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา และมีการแบ่งจ่ายค่าจ้างเป็น ๔ งวด ตามความก้าวหน้าของงาน

ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องเป็นนิติบุคคลที่มีอาชีพรับจ้างงานดังกล่าว และมีคุณสมบัติทางการเงินตามที่กำหนด เช่น มูลค่าสุทธิของกิจการเป็นบวก หรือมีทุนจดทะเบียนไม่ต่ำกว่า ๒ ล้านบาท หรือมีวงเงินสินเชื่อสนับสนุน การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้หลักเกณฑ์ราคา ๒๐% และข้อเสนอทางเทคนิค/อื่น ๆ ๘๐% โดยให้ความสำคัญกับสถาปัตยกรรม แผนงาน บุคลากรที่มีความเชี่ยวชาญ แผนบริหารความเสี่ยง และผลงานที่ผ่านมา

The Islamic Bank of Thailand is inviting bids for the improvement of its Cloud Platform rental for the Mobile Banking system through an e-bidding process, with a budget of 7,000,000.00 THB (Seven Million Baht). The primary objective of this project is to enhance the efficiency and stability of the Mobile Banking system by upgrading and optimizing its Cloud Platform infrastructure.

The scope of work focuses on the improvement and management of the Cloud Platform supporting the Mobile Banking system. This includes preventive maintenance, risk management (e.g., Disaster Recovery, Fallback Plan), and training/knowledge transfer for the bank’s personnel. The total project duration is 395 days from the contract signing date, with payments divided into four installments based on work progress.

Bidders must be legal entities specializing in such services and meet financial qualifications, such as positive net worth, registered capital of at least 2 million THB, or equivalent credit lines. The selection criteria will be based on 20% price and 80% technical/other proposals, emphasizing architecture, work plan, qualified personnel, risk management plans, and past experience.
