โครงการนี้เป็นการประกวดราคาจ้างก่อสร้างอาคารปฏิบัติการด้านการผลิตเส้นไหมและผลิตภัณฑ์ (อาคาร FACTORY) พร้อมระบบประกอบอาคาร โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อยกระดับโครงสร้างพื้นฐานด้านการผลิตไหมของประเทศ สนับสนุนการวิจัยและพัฒนาผลิตภัณฑ์ไหมใหม่ ๆ และส่งเสริมศักยภาพในการแข่งขันของอุตสาหกรรมไหมไทยในตลาดโลก ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการก่อสร้างอาคาร FACTORY ที่มีระบบประกอบอาคารที่ทันสมัย ครอบคลุมงานโครงสร้าง สถาปัตยกรรม ระบบไฟฟ้า ระบบประปา ระบบปรับอากาศ และระบบสื่อสาร ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานก่อสร้างที่ได้มาตรฐานตามแบบและข้อกำหนด พร้อมทั้งเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการใช้งานและการบำรุงรักษาอาคาร ผู้สนใจเข้าร่วมประมูลจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด และยื่นข้อเสนอตามเงื่อนไขที่ระบุในเอกสารประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์
This project is a bidding for the construction of a silk thread and product production operation building (FACTORY building) with building systems. The main objective is to upgrade the country’s silk production infrastructure, support research and development of new silk products, and enhance the competitiveness of the Thai silk industry in the global market. The scope of work includes the construction of a FACTORY building with modern building systems, covering structural, architectural, electrical, plumbing, air conditioning, and communication systems. The contractor must deliver the construction work that meets the standards according to the drawings and specifications, along with documents related to the operation and maintenance of the building. Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications and submit proposals according to the conditions specified in the electronic bidding documents.
