โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบการบริหารจัดการเครือข่ายธนาคารเลือดของจังหวัดบึงกาฬ โดยมุ่งเน้นการเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบภูมิสารสนเทศเพื่อสนับสนุนการวิเคราะห์และการตัดสินใจเชิงพื้นที่ รวมถึงเสริมสร้างความรู้และทักษะของบุคลากรให้สามารถจัดการข้อมูลได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพในระยะยาว

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการพัฒนาระบบในรูปแบบ Web Application และ Mobile Application ที่สามารถใช้งานได้ทั้งบน Browser และอุปกรณ์เคลื่อนที่ ระบบ Web Application จะครอบคลุมการจัดการผู้ใช้งาน, การจัดการคลังโลหิต, การจัดการข้อมูลผู้บริจาคโลหิต, การแจ้งข่าวสารและกิจกรรม, และการรายงานผลต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ยังมีระบบค้นหาผู้บริจาคโลหิตในกรณีฉุกเฉิน และการแสดงข้อมูลสถิติโลหิตแบบ Real-time

ระบบ Mobile Application จะรองรับการลงทะเบียนผู้บริจาค, การแสดงข้อมูลประวัติการบริจาค, การคัดกรองคุณสมบัติผู้บริจาคออนไลน์, การนัดหมายจองคิว, และการแจ้งเตือนต่างๆ รวมถึงการแสดงจุดรับบริจาคโลหิต และการสะสมแต้มเพื่อแลกสิทธิพิเศษ

นอกจากนี้ จะมีการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบให้แก่ผู้ดูแลระบบและผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป พร้อมทั้งจัดทําคู่มือการใช้งานและเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง เพื่อให้การใช้งานระบบเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่นและมีประสิทธิภาพ

ผลงานทั้งหมดที่เกิดขึ้นจากโครงการนี้จะถือเป็นทรัพย์สินทางปัญญาของสํานักงานสาธารณสุขจังหวัดบึงกาฬ และสํานักงานคณะกรรมการดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคมแห่งชาติ

The goal of this project is to develop a blood bank network management system for Bueng Kan Province, focusing on linking data with geographic information systems to support spatial analysis and decision-making. It also aims to enhance the knowledge and skills of personnel for effective long-term data management.

The scope of work includes developing Web and Mobile Applications accessible on browsers and mobile devices. The Web Application covers user management, blood inventory management, blood donor information management, news and activity updates, and various reporting functions. Additionally, it includes a blood donor search system for emergencies and real-time blood statistics.

The Mobile Application supports donor registration, displays donation history, online donor screening, appointment scheduling, and notifications. It also shows blood donation locations and a point accumulation system for rewards.

Training will be provided to system administrators and general users, along with user manuals and related documents to ensure smooth and efficient system operation.

All project outputs will be the intellectual property of the Bueng Kan Provincial Public Health Office and the National Digital Economy and Society Commission.
