โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาระบบประมวลผลสมรรถนะสูง (High-Performance Computing System) ที่ทันสมัย เพื่อรองรับการวิจัย พัฒนา และนวัตกรรมของมหาวิทยาลัยธรรมศาสตร์ โดยระบบจะต้องมีความสามารถในการประมวลผลข้อมูลขนาดใหญ่ (Big Data) การจำลองสถานการณ์ซับซ้อน (Simulation) และการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูง (Advanced Analytics) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการพัฒนาระบบ 4 ระบบย่อย ได้แก่ ระบบให้บริการโครงสร้างพื้นฐานสำหรับระบบคลาวด์ภายในองค์กร (Private Cloud Infrastructure) โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ OpenStack, ระบบ Web Interface เพื่อใช้งานแบบจำลองภาษาขนาดใหญ่ (Large Language Model: LLM), ระบบบัญชีข้อมูล (Data Catalog) เพื่อให้บริการข้อมูลเปิดของมหาวิทยาลัย (Open Data Portal) โดยใช้ซอฟต์แวร์ CKAN และระบบเก็บข้อมูลส่วนตัว (Private Cloud Storage) สำหรับผู้ใช้ระบบคลาวด์

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการติดตั้งระบบต่างๆ บนทรัพยากรที่มีอยู่ของมหาวิทยาลัย ฝึกอบรมผู้ใช้งาน และบำรุงรักษาระบบตลอดระยะเวลาการดำเนินงานและรับประกัน

This project aims to procure a High-Performance Computing System with Private Cloud Infrastructure, enabling efficient connections to research and education networks both domestically and internationally. It also includes developing a Web Interface for Large Language Model (LLM) utilization, a Data Catalog system for providing an Open Data Portal, and a Private Cloud Storage system for user data storage via the network. The scope of work includes developing four sub-systems: Private Cloud Infrastructure using OpenStack software, a Web Interface for LLM, a Data Catalog system for providing an Open Data Portal using CKAN software, and Private Cloud Storage for cloud users. The contractor will install systems on existing university resources, train users, and maintain the system throughout the operation and warranty period.
