โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์ อุปกรณ์เครือข่าย และซอฟต์แวร์ของสำนักงานคณะกรรมการนโยบายรัฐวิสาหกิจ (สคร.) ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ ครอบคลุมถึงการจัดทำแผนงานบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และอุปกรณ์เครือข่าย รวมถึงระบบงาน Application ซอฟต์แวร์ การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบคอมพิวเตอร์โดยการจัดหาอะไหล่และอุปกรณ์ทดแทน การต่ออายุการใช้งาน Software License และปรับปรุงเวอร์ชั่นของโปรแกรม การตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาระบบคอมพิวเตอร์เป็นประจำทุก 45 วัน พร้อมจัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษา ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดเก็บข้อมูลทะเบียนประวัติของระบบคอมพิวเตอร์และซอฟต์แวร์ รวมถึงบันทึกผลการตรวจสอบสถานภาพ การบำรุงรักษา และการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข

This project aims to maintain and repair the computer systems, network equipment, and software of the State Enterprise Policy Office (SEPO) to ensure continuous and efficient operation. The scope includes creating maintenance plans for computer systems, network equipment, and application software, repairing computer systems by providing spare parts and replacements, renewing software licenses and updating program versions, and regularly inspecting and maintaining computer systems every 45 days with reports. The contractor must maintain a log of computer systems and software, including records of inspections, maintenance, and repairs.
