โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดหาบริการตรวจเอกซเรย์คอมพิวเตอร์ (CT Scan) ที่โรงพยาบาลคลองหลวง เพื่อเพิ่มศักยภาพในการตรวจวินิจฉัยและรักษาผู้ป่วยให้ทันท่วงที ลดความจำเป็นในการส่งต่อผู้ป่วยไปยังโรงพยาบาลอื่น ซึ่งจะช่วยลดระยะเวลารอคอยและค่าใช้จ่ายในการเดินทางของผู้ป่วยและญาติ โรงพยาบาลฯ จะเป็นผู้จัดหาสถานที่ติดตั้งเครื่อง CT Scan โดยผู้รับจ้างจะต้องจัดหาเครื่อง CT Scan ความเร็วสูงที่ไม่เคยใช้งานที่โรงพยาบาลอื่นมาก่อน และมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนดใน TOR รวมถึงดำเนินการดัดแปลงสถานที่ให้ได้มาตรฐาน ผู้รับจ้างต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายทั้งหมดที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการติดตั้ง การบำรุงรักษา การจัดหาบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ (เจ้าหน้าที่รังสี, พยาบาล, รังสีแพทย์) ตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง รวมถึงค่าเวชภัณฑ์และอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการตรวจ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการเชื่อมต่อระบบภาพไปยังระบบ PACS ของโรงพยาบาล และส่งมอบผลการตรวจในรูปแบบที่กำหนด

This project aims to procure CT Scan services for Khlong Luang Hospital to enhance diagnostic and treatment capabilities, ensuring timely patient care. It reduces the need to transfer patients to other hospitals, minimizing waiting times and travel costs for patients and their families. The hospital will provide the installation site, while the contractor must supply a high-speed CT Scan machine that has not been used in other hospitals and meets the specifications outlined in the TOR. The contractor is responsible for all costs related to installation, maintenance, provision of medical personnel (radiologists, nurses, radiologists), and consumables, operating 24/7. The contractor must also connect the imaging system to the hospital’s PACS and deliver examination results in the specified format.
