รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การทางพิเศษแห่งประเทศไทย (กทพ.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างผู้ให้บริการเพื่อบำรุงรักษาระบบงาน SAP ERP ที่ใช้งานอยู่ ซึ่งครอบคลุมระบบบัญชี การเงิน งบประมาณ พัสดุ และบำรุงรักษา โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง มีประสิทธิภาพ และได้รับการสนับสนุนจากเจ้าของผลิตภัณฑ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจ่ายค่าบำรุงรักษาซอฟต์แวร์ (License Maintenance) ให้กับบริษัท SAP สำหรับระบบ SAP ERP และโปรแกรมอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง เช่น โปรแกรมจัดการฐานข้อมูล Oracle และเครื่องมือพัฒนาต่างๆ นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำรายงาน Early Watch พร้อมข้อเสนอแนะในการแก้ไขระบบ, จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบและวิเคราะห์ Logs การเข้าใช้งานระบบ, จัดทำรายงานผลการตรวจสอบการสำรองข้อมูล, และจัดการอบรมการดูแลรักษาระบบ SAP ให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ กทพ.
ผู้ที่สนใจยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น ได้รับการรับรองเป็นผู้มีความรู้ความสามารถจาก SAP (Certification of Partner Center of Expertise) และมีประสบการณ์ในการติดตั้งหรือบำรุงรักษาระบบ SAP ERP มาก่อน
This project involves hiring a service provider to maintain the Expressway Authority of Thailand’s (EXAT) SAP ERP system, which includes accounting, finance, budget, procurement, and maintenance modules. The objectives are to ensure continuous and efficient system operation and to receive ongoing support from the product owner.
The scope of work includes paying software maintenance fees (License Maintenance) to SAP for the SAP ERP system and related software, such as the Oracle database management program and development tools. In addition, the contractor must prepare Early Watch reports with system modification recommendations, prepare reports on the results of checking and analyzing system usage logs, prepare reports on the results of backup verification, and provide SAP system maintenance training to EXAT staff.
Interested bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as being certified by SAP (Certification of Partner Center of Expertise) and having prior experience in installing or maintaining SAP ERP systems.
