รายละเอียดการจ้าง
การประปานครหลวง (กปน.) มีความประสงค์จะจ้างบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ Data Center Switch จำนวน 2 ชุด ซึ่งติดตั้งอยู่ที่ศูนย์คอมพิวเตอร์ เพื่อให้ระบบเครือข่ายมีความเสถียรและพร้อมใช้งานอย่างต่อเนื่อง โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมการบำรุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance : PM) โดยผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาตรวจสอบและบำรุงรักษาอุปกรณ์ทุกรายการอย่างน้อย 1 ครั้ง ภายในทุก 3 เดือน ในลักษณะ On-Site Service รวมถึงการตรวจสอบสถานะ วิเคราะห์ประสิทธิภาพ และปรับปรุงการทำงานของอุปกรณ์ทั้ง Hardware และ Software
นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องให้บริการในลักษณะการซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (Corrective Maintenance : CM) โดยเมื่อเกิดเหตุชำรุดบกพร่อง ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งผู้เชี่ยวชาญมาซ่อมแซมแก้ไขภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง และหากไม่สามารถซ่อมแซมได้ในเวลาดังกล่าว จะต้องจัดหาอุปกรณ์ที่มีประสิทธิภาพเทียบเท่ามาทดแทนชั่วคราว
ผู้รับจ้างต้องพร้อมให้บริการวิเคราะห์ปัญหา ให้คำปรึกษา และแก้ไขปัญหาตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง ทั้งแบบ On-site และ Online รวมถึงจัดทำรายงานการบำรุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไข (ถ้ามี) โดยค่าบริการทั้งหมด (ค่าแรง ค่าอะไหล่ ค่าเดินทาง) จะรวมอยู่ในค่าบริการแล้ว
The Metropolitan Waterworks Authority (MWA) intends to hire a contractor to maintain two sets of Data Center Switches installed at the computer center to ensure network stability and continuous operation. This project covers Preventive Maintenance (PM), with the contractor required to dispatch experts to inspect and maintain all equipment items at least once every 3 months via On-Site Service, including status checks, performance analysis, and hardware and software adjustments.
Additionally, the contractor must provide Corrective Maintenance (CM) services, dispatching experts to repair any malfunctions within 4 hours. If repairs cannot be completed within that time, equivalent equipment must be provided as a temporary replacement.
The contractor must be available for problem analysis, consultation, and troubleshooting 24/7, both on-site and online, and provide maintenance and repair reports (if any). All service fees (labor, parts, travel) are included in the service cost.
