สำนักงานกองทุนสนับสนุนการสร้างเสริมสุขภาพ (สสส.) มีความจำเป็นต้องดำเนินการจัดจ้างบริการระบบ Google Workspace ต่อไป เนื่องจากเป็นระบบหลักที่ใช้ในการติดต่อสื่อสาร จัดเก็บข้อมูล และทำงานร่วมกันภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้การดำเนินงานของหน่วยงานเป็นไปอย่างต่อเนื่อง มั่นคง ปลอดภัย และคุ้มค่ากับการลงทุนที่ผ่านมา โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ สสส. สามารถใช้งานระบบ Google Workspace ได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยไม่เกิดการหยุดชะงักในการทำงาน กลุ่มเป้าหมายคือผู้ใช้งานระบบอีเมล สสส.
ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาบริการอีเมล์ Google Workspace Enterprise Standard จำนวน 360 บัญชีผู้ใช้งาน ที่มีคุณสมบัติครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด เช่น ระบบอีเมล (Gmail), การทำงานร่วมกันแบบเรียลไทม์ (Real-time Collaboration), พื้นที่จัดเก็บข้อมูลแบบไม่จำกัด (Unlimited), การประชุมออนไลน์ (Video Conference) ผ่าน Google Meet, ระบบ Google Vault สำหรับการเก็บรักษาและสืบค้นข้อมูล, และระบบป้องกันภัยคุกคาม ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องจัดให้มีคู่มือการใช้งาน จัดอบรมการใช้งาน และให้คำปรึกษา/สนับสนุนทางเทคนิคตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา
ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องส่งมอบสิทธิ์การใช้งานภายใน 30 วัน นับถัดจากวันที่ 4 กรกฎาคม 2568 และต้องสามารถใช้งานได้ต่อเนื่องอย่างน้อย 365 วัน โดยจะมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 1 งวดเมื่อส่งมอบงานครบถ้วนตามที่กำหนด
The Thai Health Promotion Foundation (ThaiHealth) requires the continued use of Google Workspace Enterprise Standard for 360 users to maintain efficient communication, data storage, and collaboration. This project aims to ensure uninterrupted access to Google Workspace for ThaiHealth staff. The scope includes providing Google Workspace Enterprise Standard with features such as Gmail, real-time collaboration tools, unlimited storage, Google Meet for video conferencing, Google Vault for archiving, and threat protection. The provider must supply user manuals, conduct training, and offer technical support throughout the contract period. Bidders must deliver user licenses within 30 days from July 4, 2025, ensuring at least 365 days of continuous service. Payment will be made in one installment upon complete delivery of the services.
