โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบระบายน้ำบนถนนสว่างวารี 3 (ซอยวังทรัพย์) โดยมีรายละเอียดงานดังนี้: ก่อสร้างท่อระบายน้ําพร้อมผิวจราจรกว้าง 1.30 เมตร ยาว 235 เมตร หนา 0.15 เมตร หรือพื้นที่ผิวจราจรไม่น้อยกว่าที่กำหนด, วางท่อระบายน้ํา PVC ขนาด Ø 0.60 ม. มอก.ชั้น 3 จํานวน 212 ท่อน พร้อมบ่อพักสําหรับท่อ Ø 0.60 ม. จํานวน 23 บ่อ, ติดตั้งป้ายโครงการฯ จํานวน 1 ป้าย ผู้รับจ้างต้องปรับระดับการก่อสร้างตามความเหมาะสมโดยได้รับความเห็นชอบจากคณะกรรมการตรวจการจ้างหรือช่างผู้ควบคุมงาน รวมถึงจัดการการเคลื่อนย้ายสาธารณูปโภคที่อยู่ในแนวการก่อสร้าง และทำความสะอาดพื้นที่ก่อนส่งมอบงาน นอกจากนี้ คอนกรีตที่ใช้ต้องมีกำลังอัดประลัยตามมาตรฐาน และต้องบ่มคอนกรีตตามมาตรฐาน มทช.231-2562 ไม่น้อยกว่า 7 วัน ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทําแผนการใช้พัสดุและเหล็กที่ผลิตภายในประเทศตามอัตราที่กําหนด

This project aims to construct a drainage pipe system on Sawangwaree 3 Road (Soi Wangsap) over a distance of 235 meters. The scope includes the construction of a road surface with a width of 1.30 meters and a thickness of 0.15 meters, the installation of 212 PVC drainage pipes (Ø 0.60 m) according to TIS standards, the construction of 23 manholes, and the installation of one project sign. Contractors are responsible for adjusting construction levels as needed with approval from the inspection committee or supervising engineer, managing the relocation of utilities within the construction area, and cleaning the site before handover. The concrete used must meet compressive strength standards and be cured according to TIS 231-2562 for at least 7 days. The contractor must also prepare a plan for using domestically produced materials and steel at the specified rates.
