โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจัดพิมพ์สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ที่จำเป็นสำหรับการบำบัดรักษาผู้เสพ/ผู้ติดยาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร โดยมีรายการหลักที่ต้องดำเนินการคือ การจัดพิมพ์คู่มือการบำบัดรักษาผู้ติดบุหรี่และบุหรี่ไฟฟ้าจำนวน 500 เล่ม และการจัดหาวัสดุอุปกรณ์ต่างๆ เช่น แฟ้มผู้ป่วย, พลาสติกคั่นแฟ้ม, บัตรประจำตัวผู้ป่วยและบัตรติดตามผู้ป่วย, กระดาษถ่ายเอกสาร A4, บัตร Harm Reduction Card, ปากกาลูกลื่น และกระดาษโน๊ตหัวกาว เป็นต้น

เป้าหมายหลักของโครงการคือการสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของศูนย์บริการสาธารณสุขและสถานฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพผู้ติดยาเสพติด ให้มีเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์ที่เพียงพอต่อการให้บริการที่มีประสิทธิภาพ สื่อสิ่งพิมพ์และวัสดุอุปกรณ์เหล่านี้จะถูกนำไปใช้ในการคัดกรอง บำบัดรักษา ฟื้นฟูสมรรถภาพ และติดตามดูแลช่วยเหลือผู้ติดยาเสพติดในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร

ผู้ที่ได้รับการคัดเลือกจะต้องส่งมอบพัสดุทั้งหมดภายใน 60 วัน นับถัดจากวันลงนามในใบสั่งจ้าง โดยจะมีการจ่ายเงินงวดเดียวเมื่อคณะกรรมการตรวจรับพัสดุได้ทำการตรวจรับงานเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้ว

This project aims to procure printed materials and supplies necessary for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts in Bangkok. The main tasks include printing 500 copies of a manual for treating tobacco and e-cigarette addiction, and supplying materials such as patient files, file dividers, patient ID cards, follow-up cards, A4 paper, Harm Reduction Cards, ballpoint pens, and sticky notes.

The primary goal is to support the operations of public health centers and rehabilitation facilities for drug addicts, ensuring they have sufficient tools and equipment for effective service delivery. These printed materials and supplies will be used for screening, treatment, rehabilitation, and aftercare of drug addicts in Bangkok.

The selected contractor must deliver all materials within 60 days from the date of signing the purchase order. Payment will be made in a single installment upon completion of the inspection and acceptance by the inspection committee.
