โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการทรัพยากร (ERP) ของบริษัท ขนส่ง จำกัด (บขส.) โดยมีเป้าหมายที่จะจัดหาระบบ ERP ใหม่ที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงข้อมูลกับระบบอื่น ๆ ขององค์กรและทำงานบนระบบคลาวด์ได้ นอกจากนี้ จะมีการโอนย้ายข้อมูลจากระบบ Navision เดิมไปยังระบบ ERP ใหม่ เพื่อให้การบริหารจัดการข้อมูลเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น

อีกทั้งโครงการนี้จะทำการปรับปรุงและโอนย้ายระบบฐานข้อมูลจากระบบสารสนเทศเพื่อการเดินรถและจัดการเดินรถ (MIS) จำนวน 19 ระบบ โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อแก้ไขปัญหาระบบเดิมที่ไม่รองรับเทคโนโลยีที่เปลี่ยนแปลงไป และไม่สามารถสนับสนุนการดำเนินงานของ บขส. ได้อย่างเต็มที่ ระบบใหม่นี้จะต้องสามารถทำงานบนระบบคลาวด์ได้เช่นกัน

เป้าหมายสุดท้ายของโครงการคือเพื่อลดความเสี่ยงหรือผลกระทบจากการหยุดชะงักในการดำเนินงานตามภารกิจของ บขส. (Business Continuity Management) โดยการพัฒนาระบบที่เสถียรและมีประสิทธิภาพ

The primary objective of this project is to develop an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system for the Transport Co., Ltd. (Bor.Kor.Sor.). The goals include acquiring a new ERP system capable of integrating with other organizational systems and operating on a cloud platform. Additionally, data will be migrated from the existing Navision system to the new ERP system for more efficient data management. The project will also involve upgrading and migrating databases from 19 systems of the Management Information System (MIS) for Vehicle Operation and Management, aiming to address issues with the legacy system that does not support evolving technologies and fully support Bor.Kor.Sor.'s operations. This new system must also operate on the cloud. The ultimate goal is to mitigate risks or impacts from disruptions in Bor.Kor.Sor.'s operational mission (Business Continuity Management) by developing a stable and efficient system.
