โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม ChatGPT ที่ผสานเทคโนโลยี Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) และ Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถโต้ตอบและดึงข้อมูลจากฐานข้อมูลภายในองค์กรได้อย่างแม่นยำและตรงตามความต้องการ ระบบจะสามารถเรียนรู้และประมวลผลข้อมูล รวมถึงปรับปรุงการสร้างคำตอบจากผลลัพธ์ที่ได้รับจากผู้ใช้งาน นอกจากนี้ โครงการนี้ยังมุ่งเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการจัดการข้อมูลภายในองค์กร เพื่อให้รองรับการใช้งานร่วมกับแพลตฟอร์ม GPT ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน การเชื่อมต่อและนำเข้าข้อมูลจากระบบต่างๆ ขององค์กร การพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม GPT ที่มีเทคโนโลยีหลัก (Core Platform with RAG Integration) ระบบสนทนา (Chat interface) ระบบจัดการผู้ใช้งาน (User Management & Access Control) การเชื่อมต่อกับ LINE Official Account การรองรับการใช้งานโมเดล LLM หลายแบบ (LLM Management) การเชื่อมต่อกับระบบภายนอก (External Integration) และระบบบันทึกและตรวจสอบบทสนทนา (Chat Log & Monitoring) นอกจากนี้ ยังมีการจัดการข้อมูล เช่น การสำรวจและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลภายในองค์กร การออกแบบและพัฒนากระบวนการนำเข้าข้อมูล (ETL Process) การพัฒนาฐานข้อมูลสำหรับ GPT และระบบบันทึกและรายงานกระบวนการนำเข้าข้อมูล (ETL Log) รวมถึงการจัดทำคู่มือต่างๆ และรายงานผลการฝึกอบรม

ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องส่งมอบงานภายใน 120 วันนับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา โดยมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 4 งวดตามความสำเร็จของงานที่ส่งมอบ

This project aims to develop a ChatGPT platform that integrates Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT) technologies, enabling users to interact with and retrieve information from internal organizational databases accurately and efficiently. The system will support learning and processing data, as well as improving the generation of responses based on user feedback. Additionally, the project aims to enhance internal organizational data management to effectively support the use of the GPT platform.

The scope of work includes developing a project plan, connecting and importing data from various organizational systems, developing a GPT platform with core technologies (Core Platform with RAG Integration), a chat interface, user management and access control, LINE Official Account connectivity, support for multiple LLM models (LLM Management), external system connectivity, and a chat log and monitoring system. Furthermore, it involves data management, such as surveying and analyzing internal organizational data, designing and developing an Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) process, developing a database for GPT, and an ETL log and reporting system. The project also includes creating various manuals and training reports.

The contractor must deliver the project within 120 days from the contract signing date, with payments divided into four installments based on the successful delivery of each phase.
