โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ระบบสารสนเทศของ สสวท. สามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยการจ้างบํารุงรักษาเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายและอุปกรณ์จัดเก็บข้อมูลที่ให้บริการระบบดังกล่าว ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance), การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขเมื่ออุปกรณ์ชํารุด, และการเปลี่ยนอุปกรณ์ใหม่ทดแทนหากจำเป็น ผู้รับจ้างต้องให้บริการแบบ 8x5x4, ตอบสนองภายใน 4 ชั่วโมง, จัดหาเครื่องทดแทนภายใน 48 ชั่วโมง, และจัดทำรายงานต่างๆ เช่น Existing Report, รายงานการซ่อมแซม, และแผนการทำงานรายเดือน ระยะเวลาการให้บริการคือ 12 เดือน

This project involves the maintenance of STIST’s server and data storage equipment to ensure continuous and efficient operation of its information systems. The scope of work includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and replacement of equipment if necessary. The contractor must provide 8x5x4 service, respond within 4 hours, provide replacement equipment within 48 hours, and prepare reports such as Existing Report, repair reports, and monthly work plans. The service period is 12 months.
