โครงการจ้างผลิตรายการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่เกี่ยวข้องกับรังสีวินิจฉัย มีเป้าหมายหลักคือการให้ความรู้แก่ประชาชนเกี่ยวกับความสำคัญและขั้นตอนการตรวจวินิจฉัยโรคด้วยรังสี เพื่อให้ประชาชนมีความเข้าใจที่ถูกต้องและสามารถตัดสินใจเข้ารับการตรวจได้อย่างเหมาะสม โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการผลิตรายการโทรทัศน์จำนวน 15 ตอน แต่ละตอนมีความยาว 10-12 นาที โดยมีเนื้อหาที่เน้นอาการของโรคและการตรวจวินิจฉัยที่เกี่ยวข้องด้วยรังสีชนิดต่างๆ รายการจะดำเนินรายการโดยแพทย์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญด้านรังสีวินิจฉัยหรือบุคลากรทางการแพทย์ของคณะแพทยศาสตร์โรงพยาบาลรามาธิบดี โดยมีการถ่ายทำในสถานที่จริง เช่น ห้องตรวจหรือในโรงพยาบาล เพื่อให้เห็นอุปกรณ์ที่ใช้ในการวินิจฉัย นอกจากนี้ จะมีการใช้กราฟิกและแอนิเมชันเพื่ออธิบายขั้นตอนการตรวจวินิจฉัยให้เข้าใจง่ายยิ่งขึ้น
นอกจากรายการโทรทัศน์แล้ว โครงการนี้ยังรวมถึงการผลิตวิดีโอโปรโมทรายการหลัก ความยาวไม่น้อยกว่า 30 วินาที จำนวน 1 ตัว และวิดีโอสั้นสำหรับเผยแพร่ในสื่อโซเชียลมีเดีย เช่น TikTok, YouTube Shorts, และ Facebook Reels จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 15 ตัว ความยาว 2-3 นาที รวมถึงการออกแบบโปสเตอร์รายการและปกวิดีโอพร้อมคำบรรยายเพื่อใช้ในการประชาสัมพันธ์รายการ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการวางรูปแบบรายการ จัดหาพิธีกรที่มีชื่อเสียงและเป็นที่ยอมรับ จัดทำส่วนประกอบของรายการ เช่น Title และเพลงประกอบ จัดหาสถานที่ถ่ายทำ และดำเนินการตัดต่อภาพและเสียงให้มีคุณภาพสูง เหมาะสมกับการออกอากาศ ผู้รับจ้างยังต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เช่น ค่าวิทยากร ค่าเดินทาง และค่าสถานที่ถ่ายทำ
The project aims to produce health promotion programs related to diagnostic radiology to educate the public about the importance and procedures of disease diagnosis using radiology. The project will produce 15 television episodes, each lasting 10-12 minutes, focusing on disease symptoms and related radiological examinations. The program will be hosted by radiology experts or medical personnel from the Faculty of Medicine Ramathibodi Hospital, filmed in real locations such as examination rooms or hospitals, and use graphics and animations to explain diagnostic procedures.
In addition to the television program, the project includes producing a promotional video of at least 30 seconds, 1 promotional video, and short videos for social media platforms such as TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook Reels, with at least 15 videos with a length of 2-3 minutes, including designing program posters and video covers with descriptions for program promotion.
The contractor will be responsible for program design, hiring well-known and respected hosts, producing program components such as titles and soundtracks, arranging filming locations, and conducting high-quality image and sound editing suitable for broadcasting. The contractor is also responsible for all related expenses, such as speaker fees, travel expenses, and filming location costs.
