โครงการจัดกิจกรรมเทศกาลเที่ยวเมืองกาญจน์อาหารอร่อย ภายใต้โครงการส่งเสริมการท่องเที่ยวทุกรูปแบบ มีเป้าหมายเพื่อกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจของจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีโดยรวม ส่งเสริมการกระจายรายได้หมุนเวียนในภาคอุตสาหกรรมท่องเที่ยว ชุมชน และอุตสาหกรรมอื่น ๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง วัตถุประสงค์หลักคือการประชาสัมพันธ์การท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดในรูปแบบที่หลากหลาย ดึงดูดนักท่องเที่ยวทุกระดับ และจัดกิจกรรมการท่องเที่ยวเพื่อกระตุ้นให้เกิดการเดินทางมายังจังหวัดกาญจนบุรีเพิ่มมากขึ้น รวมถึงเพิ่มอัตราการพักค้างแรมของนักท่องเที่ยว ซึ่งจะส่งผลให้เกิดการจับจ่ายใช้สอยในภาคอุตสาหกรรมการท่องเที่ยว การเดินทาง และสาธารณูปโภค โดยมุ่งเน้นการเพิ่มวันเดินทางท่องเที่ยวด้วยกิจกรรมที่น่าสนใจ เพื่อกระจายรายได้สู่ประชาชนชาวกาญจนบุรีทั้งทางตรงและทางอ้อม

The project to organize the “Kanchanaburi Travel and Delicious Food Festival” under the “Promoting Tourism in All Forms” project aims to stimulate the overall economy of Kanchanaburi province and promote the distribution of income within the tourism industry, communities, and related industries. The main objectives are to promote Kanchanaburi tourism in various formats, attract tourists of all levels, and organize tourism activities to encourage more travel to the province and increase the overnight stay rate, resulting in spending in the tourism, travel, and utilities sectors. It focuses on increasing travel days through attractive activities to distribute income to the people of Kanchanaburi, both directly and indirectly.
