องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.ส.ท.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดหาบริการเช่า Leased Line Internet สำหรับศูนย์ข่าวภูมิภาค 3 แห่ง ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ ขอนแก่น และหาดใหญ่ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรองรับการปฏิบัติงานของศูนย์ข่าวทั้ง 3 แห่งให้มีประสิทธิภาพมากยิ่งขึ้น โดยมีการทำงานคู่ขนานวงจรหลัก เพื่อให้การบริการระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นไปอย่างราบรื่น

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการติดตั้งการเชื่อมโยงแบบ Leased Line Internet ที่ไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้ใช้งาน ไปยังศูนย์ข่าวภูมิภาคทั้ง 3 แห่ง โดยแต่ละศูนย์ข่าวจะต้องมีวงจรหลัก (Main Link) และวงจรสื่อสารสัญญาณความเร็วสูง (Fiber Optic) เพื่อให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลอินเทอร์เน็ต (Internet) รับ-ส่งข้อมูลภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 200 Mbps ตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่าบริการ โดยมีวงจรสํารองเป็นวงจรสื่อสัญญาณใยแก้วนําแสงชนิด Fttx ความเร็วไม่น้อย 1Gbps/150MB และส่งมอบ Public IP Address จํานวนไม่น้อยกว่า (8 IP Addresses)

ผู้ให้บริการต้องมีระบบตรวจสอบและดูแลการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และมีระบบแจ้งเตือนเมื่อเกิดปัญหา รวมถึงมีวิศวกรให้คำปรึกษาด้านระบบเครือข่าย โดยมี Certify Engineer (Cisco Certified) หรือเทียบเท่า ในระดับ CCNP หรือ CCDP หรือ CCIP หรือ CCVP หรือ CCSP

ระยะเวลาในการดำเนินโครงการคือ 90 วัน และการพิจารณาคัดเลือกจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุดและคุณสมบัติถูกต้องตามข้อกำหนด

The Public Broadcasting Service of Thailand (Thai PBS) intends to procure Leased Line Internet services for its 3 regional news centers (Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai) for a period of 36 months. The main objective is to support the operations of the 3 news centers more efficiently, with parallel main circuit operation to ensure smooth internet service.

The scope of work includes the installation of unlimited Leased Line Internet connections to the 3 regional news centers. Each news center must have a main link and high-speed fiber optic communication circuit to provide Internet data communication services, transmitting data domestically and internationally at no less than 200 Mbps throughout the service rental period. There must be a backup circuit which is Fttx fiber optic with a speed of no less than 1Gbps/150MB and provide no less than (8 IP Addresses) Public IP Addresses.

The service provider must have a system to monitor and maintain the internet network connection 24 hours a day, and a notification system in case of problems, as well as engineers to provide advice on network systems, with a Certified Engineer (Cisco Certified) or equivalent at the CCNP or CCDP or CCIP or CCVP or CCSP level.

The project duration is 90 days, and the selection will be based on the lowest price and compliance with the requirements.
