โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาพื้นที่ในเขตสวนหลวง-สามย่าน โดยมีการก่อสร้างและติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ PLOT A และ PILOT B ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของโครงการพัฒนาพื้นที่หมอน 33 เขตพาณิชย์ ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยงานสถาปัตยกรรม, งานโครงสร้าง, งานระบบไฟฟ้าและสื่อสาร, งานระบบสุขาภิบาล, งานระบบปรับอากาศและระบายอากาศ, และงานภูมิสถาปัตยกรรม โดยจะต้องมีการออกแบบรายละเอียด, การขออนุญาตก่อสร้าง, และการจัดทำแบบก่อสร้างตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีการรายงานวิเคราะห์ผลกระทบสิ่งแวดล้อม (EIA) และการประสานงานกับหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องเพื่อให้เป็นไปตามข้อกำหนดและกฎหมายที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด
This project aims to develop an area in the Suan Luang-Sam Yan district, involving the construction and installation of project signs (PLOT A and PILOT B) as part of the “33 Commercial Zone Development Project.” The scope of work includes architecture, civil engineering, electrical and communication systems, sanitary systems, air conditioning and ventilation systems, and landscape architecture. Detailed designs, construction permits, and construction drawings must be prepared according to specified standards. Additionally, an Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) report is required, along with coordination with relevant agencies to ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and laws.
