โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาบริการบํารุงรักษาระบบ Application Software ของสํานักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล ให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างต่อเนื่องและปลอดภัย ครอบคลุมการต่อสัญญาการใช้ลิขสิทธิ์ Software ที่สําคัญต่างๆ เช่น SAP Application Professional User, SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration และ Vmware Vsphere Foundation เป็นต้น รวมถึงการบํารุงรักษาระบบ SAP Version ECC 6.0 และฐานข้อมูลที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด เช่น ระบบบัญชี, ระบบบริหารสินทรัพย์, ระบบการเงิน, ระบบบริหารทรัพยากรบุคคล, ระบบ e-Office และระบบอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง นอกจากนี้ ยังรวมถึงการบํารุงรักษาระบบรับชําระเงินและระบบจําหน่ายสลาก ตลอดจนระบบเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์ที่ใช้งาน ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องบริหารจัดการ วิเคราะห์ และแก้ไขปัญหาต่างๆ ที่เกิดขึ้นกับระบบเพื่อให้ระบบสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและต่อเนื่องตามระดับการบริการที่กําหนด (SLA)
This project aims to procure maintenance services for the Application Software systems of the Government Lottery Office for the fiscal year 2026. It encompasses the renewal of software licenses (e.g., SAP Application Professional User, SAP NetWeaver Process Orchestration, and Vmware Vsphere Foundation), maintenance of the SAP ECC 6.0 system and related databases, e-Office system, lottery payment and distribution systems, and computer systems. The contractor is responsible for managing, analyzing, and resolving issues to ensure continuous and secure system operation, adhering to the defined Service Level Agreement (SLA).
