โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาระบบบริหารจัดการผู้ใช้งานแบบรวมศูนย์ (Single Sign-On: SSO) สำหรับระบบบริการต่างๆ ของ EEC OSS เพื่อให้ผู้ใช้งานสามารถเข้าถึงบริการต่างๆ ได้อย่างรวดเร็ว ปลอดภัย และมีประสิทธิภาพผ่านบัญชีผู้ใช้งานเดียว (Single sign on) นอกจากนี้ จะมีการพัฒนาระบบข้อมูลผู้ใช้งานแบบรวมศูนย์ (Single Profile) ที่รองรับการบูรณาการข้อมูลจากทุกแพลตฟอร์ม โดยมีการจัดเก็บและนำข้อมูลมาใช้วิเคราะห์และจัดทำรายงานสำหรับผู้บริหาร (Dashboard) เพื่อให้ได้ข้อมูลที่มีคุณภาพ ครบถ้วน สมบูรณ์ และเป็นปัจจุบัน (Real time) เพื่อให้ สกพอ. สามารถนำข้อมูลไปใช้ประกอบการตัดสินใจในเชิงนโยบาย และยุทธศาสตร์การอำนวยความสะดวกในการลงทุนให้กับนักลงทุนได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ รวมถึงเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริหารจัดการ (User Management) และ ธรรมาภิบาลข้อมูล (Data Governance) โดยลดความซ้ำซ้อน ปรับปรุงความถูกต้องและครบถ้วนของข้อมูล
This project aims to develop a Single Sign-On (SSO) system for the various services of EEC OSS, providing users with quick, secure, and efficient access through a single user account. It includes the development of a Single Profile system to integrate data from all platforms, storing and using it for analysis and executive dashboards. The goal is to provide high-quality, complete, and real-time data to support EEC’s policy decisions and investment facilitation strategies. Additionally, the project seeks to improve User Management and Data Governance by reducing redundancy and enhancing data accuracy and completeness.
