โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างผู้ให้บริการอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงสําหรับศาลาว่าการกรุงเทพมหานคร (เสาชิงช้า) เพื่ออํานวยความสะดวกในการใช้อุปกรณ์พกพาเชื่อมต่ออินเทอร์เน็ตในการปฏิบัติงานของผู้บริหารกรุงเทพมหานคร

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วย:

• จัดหาระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตความเร็วสูงครอบคลุมพื้นที่ศาลาว่าการฯ ด้วยวงจร Optical Fiber Cable ความเร็วไม่น้อยกว่า 400/400 Mbps จํานวน 4 วงจร แยกเป็น 2 เส้นทาง พร้อมโปรแกรมตรวจสอบการใช้งานตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง
• จัดหาวงจรสํารอง 4G/5G จำนวน 1 วงจร
• ติดตั้งอุปกรณ์กระจายสัญญาณ Wireless Access Point ไม่น้อยกว่า 181 จุด ตามมาตรฐาน IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax และอุปกรณ์ Network Firewall ชนิด Appliance จำนวน 1 ชุด
• ดูแลบํารุงรักษาระบบ และแก้ไขปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้น
• จัดเก็บข้อมูลการจราจรทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (Log File) ไม่น้อยกว่า 90 วัน
• จัดทําเอกสาร As-Built Drawing และ Wi-Fi Heatmap

ผู้ให้บริการต้องดําเนินการติดตั้งและเชื่อมต่อระบบให้สามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และดูแลรักษาให้ระบบพร้อมใช้งานตลอดระยะเวลาสัญญา

This project aims to hire a high-speed internet service provider for Bangkok City Hall (Sao Chingcha) to facilitate the use of mobile devices for internet access in the operations of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration executives.

The scope of work includes:

• Providing a high-speed internet system covering the Bangkok City Hall area with Optical Fiber Cable circuits, with a speed of at least 400/400 Mbps, 4 circuits, separated into 2 routes, along with a 24-hour usage monitoring program.
• Providing a 4G/5G backup circuit.
• Installing no less than 181 Wireless Access Point distribution devices according to IEEE 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac/ax standards, and 1 set of Appliance-type Network Firewall equipment.
• Maintaining the system and resolving any issues that arise.
• Storing computer traffic data (Log Files) for at least 90 days.
• Preparing As-Built Drawing documents and a Wi-Fi Heatmap.

The service provider must install and connect the system so that it can be used efficiently and maintain the system to be ready for use throughout the contract period.
