รายละเอียดการจ้าง
โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล (Data Protection Officer: DPO Network) โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้เกิดการแลกเปลี่ยนความรู้ ประสบการณ์ และแนวปฏิบัติที่ดีในการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล ซึ่งสอดคล้องกับพระราชบัญญัติคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล พ.ศ. 2562 (PDPA)
กิจกรรมหลักของโครงการประกอบด้วย:

กิจกรรมเสริมสร้างและพัฒนาเครือข่ายความร่วมมือฯ: จัดกิจกรรมเพื่อส่งเสริมความรู้ความเข้าใจ แลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีระหว่างเจ้าหน้าที่คุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคล

การตรวจสอบและรับรองนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลเพื่อการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปต่างประเทศ: ดำเนินการตรวจสอบและรับรองนโยบายการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลขององค์กรต่างๆ เพื่อให้มั่นใจว่าการส่งหรือโอนข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลไปยังต่างประเทศเป็นไปตามกฎหมายและมาตรฐานที่เกี่ยวข้อง
โครงการนี้มุ่งเน้นการสร้างความเข้มแข็งให้กับเครือข่าย DPO Network เพื่อให้สามารถปฏิบัติหน้าที่ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นกลไกสำคัญในการขับเคลื่อนการคุ้มครองข้อมูลส่วนบุคคลในประเทศไทย
This project aims to strengthen and develop a collaborative network of Data Protection Officers (DPO Network) to facilitate knowledge exchange, experience sharing, and best practice implementation in personal data protection, aligning with the Personal Data Protection Act B.E. 2562 (PDPA).
Key activities include:

Strengthening and Developing the DPO Network: Organizing activities to promote knowledge, exchange experiences, and foster relationships among Data Protection Officers.

Review and Certification of Personal Data Protection Policies for International Data Transfer: Conducting reviews and certifications of organizations’ personal data protection policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and standards for international data transfers.
The project focuses on empowering the DPO Network to effectively perform their duties and serve as a crucial mechanism for driving personal data protection in Thailand.
