The Artificial Intelligence (AI Agent) project aims to enhance the operational efficiency of the Deposit Protection Agency (DPA) by leveraging digital technology. The project focuses on reducing redundant tasks, managing large volumes of data, and improving overall employee productivity. The system will consist of four main functions: DPA Smart Search for retrieving information from various DPA data sources, DPA Smart Companion for managing budgets, meetings, KPI and OKR data summaries, and welfare benefits, DPA Smart Assistant for creating meeting agendas and related documents, and an IT Help Desk for providing guidance and troubleshooting basic IT issues. The project has a duration of 150 days, and the contractor is required to deliver the work in installments as per the contract.
