โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อจ้างเหมาดำเนินงานพิธีเปิด-ปิด การแข่งขันกีฬานักเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร ครั้งที่ 36 “ช้างน้อยเกมส์” ประจำปี พ.ศ. 2568 โดยมีเป้าหมายหลักคือการจัดพิธีเปิด-ปิดที่ยิ่งใหญ่และสมบูรณ์แบบ รวมถึงการประชาสัมพันธ์การจัดการแข่งขันให้สอดคล้องกับวัตถุประสงค์และค่าใช้จ่ายตามโครงการส่งเสริมกีฬานักเรียนสังกัดกรุงเทพมหานคร

ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการดำเนินงานก่อนการแข่งขัน เช่น การจัดทำป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์และป้ายชนิดกีฬา การเผยแพร่ข่าวการแข่งขันทางโทรทัศน์ พิธีเปิดการแข่งขันฯ ประกอบด้วยการจัดและตกแต่งเวที ระบบเสียงสมบูรณ์แบบ พิธีกร อาหาร เครื่องดื่ม วงโยธวาทิต ริ้วขบวนธง ธงสัญลักษณ์ ป้ายกลุ่มเขต การบันทึกภาพ การจัดสถานที่มอบรางวัล การจัดทำมาสคอตและของที่ระลึก การจัดทำหนังสืออิเล็กทรอนิกส์ การแสดงประกอบขบวนพาเหรด ซุ้มน้ําดื่ม จุดประชาสัมพันธ์ และเครื่องขยายเสียง ณ สนามกรีฑา พิธีปิดการแข่งขันฯ มีลักษณะคล้ายกับพิธีเปิด แต่เพิ่มเติมการจัดทํา VTR สรุปการแข่งขัน และไฟล์ข้อมูลภาพนิ่ง

ผู้รับจ้างต้องส่งมอบงานตามรูปแบบรายละเอียดที่กำหนดไว้ และต้องปรับปรุงพื้นที่หลังการปฏิบัติงานให้อยู่ในสภาพเรียบร้อยเหมือนเดิม หากมีค่าใช้จ่ายหรือความเสียหายเกิดขึ้น ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกิดขึ้นทั้งหมด

This project aims to hire a contractor to organize the opening and closing ceremonies of the Bangkok Metropolitan Administration (BMA) student sports competition, the 36th “Chang Noi Games” in 2025. The main objectives are to organize grand and perfect opening and closing ceremonies, promote the competition in line with the objectives and expenses of the BMA student sports promotion project.

The scope of work covers pre-competition operations such as producing promotional signs and sports signs, disseminating competition news on television. The opening ceremony includes arranging and decorating the stage, a perfect sound system, MCs, food, beverages, a marching band, flag processions, symbolic flags, area signs, photography, award ceremony venues, mascots and souvenirs, e-book production, parade performances, drinking water stands, public relations points, and sound systems at the athletics field. The closing ceremony is similar to the opening ceremony, but adds the production of a competition summary VTR and still image data files.

The contractor must deliver the work in the specified format and details and must restore the area to its original condition after the operation. If any expenses or damages occur, the contractor will be responsible for all expenses incurred.
