โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงระบบ Digital Camera และระบบควบคุมพื้นที่อาคารผู้โดยสาร ณ ท่าอากาศยานสุราษฎร์ธานี เพื่อเพิ่มมาตรการรักษาความปลอดภัยและให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐานความปลอดภัยในการบินพลเรือนแห่งชาติ (NCASP) และมาตรฐานขององค์การการบินพลเรือนระหว่างประเทศ (ICAO) โครงการนี้ครอบคลุมถึงการจัดหาระบบ Digital Camera, ระบบควบคุมพื้นที่ (Access Control System), ระบบแจ้งเตือนการบุกรุก (Intrusion System) และอุปกรณ์ที่เกี่ยวข้องทั้งหมด รวมถึงการติดตั้ง, การทดสอบ, และการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานแก่เจ้าหน้าที่ ระยะเวลาดำเนินการทั้งหมด 150 วัน นับจากวันลงนามในสัญญา งบประมาณที่ได้รับจัดสรร 30,240,000 บาท การประเมินผลจะพิจารณาจากราคาต่ำสุดที่ผ่านการพิจารณาคุณสมบัติและรายละเอียดคุณลักษณะเฉพาะ

This project is an electronic bidding (e-bidding) for the renovation of the Digital Camera system and the area control system of the passenger terminal at Surat Thani Airport, including the installation of related systems such as the Access Control System and the Intrusion System. The main objectives are to enhance security measures and to comply with the National Civil Aviation Security Programme (NCASP) and international standards. The project includes the procurement of Digital Camera systems, Access Control Systems, Intrusion Systems, and all related equipment, as well as installation, testing, and user training for staff. The total duration is 150 days from the date of contract signing, with a budget of 30,240,000 baht. Evaluation will be based on the lowest price that passes the qualification and specific characteristic details.
