โครงการพัฒนาระบบงานแผนและการติดตามผลการปฏิบัติงานมีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อปรับปรุงระบบสารสนเทศของสำนักแผนงานและกิจการพิเศษ (สผก.) สำนักงานปลัดสำนักนายกรัฐมนตรี (สปน.) ให้สอดคล้องกับเทคโนโลยีปัจจุบันและความต้องการของผู้ใช้งาน ระบบเดิมที่พัฒนาด้วยเทคโนโลยี Oracle Form มีข้อจำกัดในการใช้งานกับ Web Browser รุ่นใหม่ และมีความเสี่ยงด้านความปลอดภัย โครงการนี้จึงมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาระบบใหม่ที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับแผนยุทธศาสตร์ชาติและแผนอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง, สนับสนุนการบันทึกและติดตามผลการดำเนินงานของโครงการ, จัดทำรายงานในรูปแบบต่างๆ, และมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องทำการวิเคราะห์ ออกแบบ พัฒนา ติดตั้ง และฝึกอบรมการใช้งานระบบให้แก่เจ้าหน้าที่ สปน. รวมถึงจัดทำคู่มือการใช้งานและส่งมอบ Source Code ของโปรแกรม
The project aims to develop a planning and performance monitoring system for the Bureau of Planning and Special Affairs (BPSA), Office of the Permanent Secretary of the Prime Minister’s Office (OPSPM), aligning it with current technology and user needs. The existing system, developed with Oracle Form technology, has limitations in compatibility with modern web browsers and poses security risks. This project focuses on developing a new system that can link to the national strategy and other relevant plans, support the recording and tracking of project performance, generate various reports, and ensure data security according to international standards. The contractor will be responsible for analyzing, designing, developing, installing, and providing user training to OPSPM staff, including creating user manuals and delivering the program’s source code.
