สำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาลมีความประสงค์จะจ้างจัดงานกิจกรรมลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ (CRM) ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้ลูกค้าเกิดความพึงพอใจและเชื่อมั่นในกิจการพิมพ์ของสำนักงาน และเพื่อสร้างและรักษาความสัมพันธ์กับลูกค้าจากบริการพิมพ์
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดทำแผนดำเนินงาน, การจัดงานกิจกรรมลูกค้าสัมพันธ์ในรูปแบบกิจกรรมนันทนาการและงานเลี้ยงรับรอง โดยมีผู้เข้าร่วมกิจกรรมประกอบด้วย ลูกค้าจากบริการพิมพ์ ผู้บริหาร และพนักงานของสำนักงานสลากกินแบ่งรัฐบาล จำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 200 คน ภายใต้แนวคิด “CRM 28 THANK YOU PARTY 2025” งานจัดขึ้นในพื้นที่กรุงเทพมหานคร ณ โรงแรมระดับ 4 ดาวขึ้นไป, การจัดทำของที่ระลึกและของรางวัลสำหรับใช้ในกิจกรรม, การประเมินผลสำรวจความพึงพอใจของลูกค้า และการจัดทำรายงานสรุปผลการดำเนินงาน
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินงานตามรายละเอียดที่กำหนด เพื่อให้บรรลุวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการและสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้าของสำนักงาน
The Government Lottery Office intends to hire a contractor to organize a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) activity for the 2025 fiscal year. The objectives are to enhance customer satisfaction and confidence in the Office’s printing business, and to build and maintain relationships with customers of the printing service.
The scope of work includes creating an operational plan, organizing a CRM event in the form of recreational activities and a reception, with at least 200 participants consisting of printing service customers, executives, and employees of the Government Lottery Office under the concept “CRM 28 THANK YOU PARTY 2025”. The event will be held in Bangkok at a 4-star hotel or higher. Additionally, the contractor will be responsible for producing souvenirs and prizes for use in the activities, conducting customer satisfaction surveys, and preparing a summary report of the operations.
The contractor must perform the work according to the specified details in order to achieve the project objectives and build good relationships with the Office’s customers.
