โครงการปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลแผนที่ภาษีและทะเบียนทรัพย์สินของเทศบาลตําบลเทพารักษ์ ประจําปี พ.ศ. 2564 มีเป้าหมายหลักเพื่อรองรับการบังคับใช้พระราชบัญญัติภาษีที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้าง พ.ศ. 2562 โดยมุ่งเน้นการพัฒนาและปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลในระบบ LTAX Online และ LTAX GIS ให้ครบถ้วน ถูกต้อง และเป็นปัจจุบัน โครงการนี้จะดำเนินการปรับปรุงแผนที่ภาพถ่ายทางอากาศโดยใช้ UAV พร้อมกล้องถ่ายภาพมุมเฉียงห้าทิศทางในพื้นที่เทศบาล, ปรับปรุงฐานข้อมูลราคาประเมินที่ดินรายแปลงจากข้อมูลของกรมธนารักษ์, และสำรวจข้อมูลภาคสนามเกี่ยวกับที่ดินและสิ่งปลูกสร้างจำนวนไม่น้อยกว่า 10,000 แปลง

The project to improve the tax map and property registry database of Theparak Municipality for the year 2021 aims to support land and building tax collection under the 2019 Act. The project involves updating aerial photography maps, land appraisal price databases, and conducting field surveys of at least 10,000 land parcels and structures for input into the LTAX Online and LTAX GIS systems, ensuring the data is current and accurate. The scope includes surveying land and building data, importing property registration information, updating area and administrative boundary information, and developing a three-dimensional land and building tax information system. Additionally, a user manual for the tax map and property registry system will be created, and relevant staff will be trained. Expected outcomes include an accurate and up-to-date database, improved municipal revenue collection efficiency, and the effective and sustainable use of data for area development planning.
