เมืองพัทยา มีความจำเป็นต้องจัดหาบริการ Cloud Service เพื่อใช้ในช่วงระหว่างเดือนมิถุนายน 2568 - กรกฎาคม 2568 เป็นระยะเวลา 2 เดือน เพื่อให้ระบบการเงินและบัญชีของเมืองพัทยาสามารถทำงานได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อเช่าใช้บริการระบบ Cloud Service รวมค่าบริการดูแลและปรับแต่งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือนของระบบการเงินและบัญชีของเมืองพัทยา ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องให้บริการเช่า Cloud Service พร้อมทั้งบริการดูแลและปรับแต่งเครื่องคอมพิวเตอร์แม่ข่ายเสมือนของระบบการเงินและบัญชีของเมืองพัทยาตามโครงสร้างการออกแบบระบบการเงินและบัญชีของเมืองพัทยาที่ใช้งานอยู่ในปัจจุบัน รวมถึงการสำรองข้อมูล การดูแลระบบ และการแก้ไขปัญหาที่อาจเกิดขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีมาตรฐาน ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, CSA-STAR Cloud Security, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO 22301 และมี Data Center ที่ตั้งอยู่ในประเทศไทยอย่างน้อย 3 แห่ง และยินยอมให้มีการเชื่อมโยงระบบคลาวด์กับระบบบริหารจัดการคลาวด์กลาง (Cloud Management Platforms) ของกระทรวงดิจิทัลเพื่อเศรษฐกิจและสังคม
Pattaya City needs to procure Cloud Service for the period between June 2025 - July 2025 for 2 months to ensure the continuity of Pattaya City’s financial and accounting system. The objective is to rent Cloud Service including the service of maintaining and customizing the virtual server of Pattaya City’s financial and accounting system. Bidders must provide Cloud Service rental services along with maintenance and customization of the virtual server of Pattaya City’s financial and accounting system according to the current system design structure. This includes data backup, system maintenance, and troubleshooting. In addition, bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as having ISO/IEC 20000-1, ISO/IEC 27001, CSA-STAR Cloud Security, ISO/IEC 27018, ISO 22301 standards, and having at least 3 Data Centers located in Thailand, and agree to connect the cloud system to the Cloud Management Platforms of the Ministry of Digital Economy and Society.
