องค์การเภสัชกรรมมีความประสงค์จะจัดซื้อตู้อบความร้อนสุญญากาศ ความจุไม่ต่ำกว่า 20 ลิตร จำนวน 1 ชุด เพื่อใช้สำหรับอบตัวอย่าง โดยมีข้อกำหนดที่สำคัญคือ ต้องเป็นผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับมาตรฐาน ISO 9001 หรือมาตรฐานอื่น ๆ ที่เทียบเท่า เช่น EN, EC, CE, DIN, BS, JIS, ANSI ตัวเครื่องต้องเป็นของใหม่ มีสภาพสมบูรณ์ และต้องมีการรับประกันไม่น้อยกว่า 2 ปี ผู้ขายจะต้องรับผิดชอบในการติดตั้ง ทดสอบ (IQ/OQ) และปรับปรุงสถานที่ (ถ้ามี) รวมถึงจัดหาเครื่องมือและอุปกรณ์เพิ่มเติมเพื่อให้เครื่องจักรสามารถใช้งานได้ตามวัตถุประสงค์ นอกจากนี้ ผู้ขายต้องจัดให้มีการฝึกอบรมการใช้งานและบำรุงรักษาเครื่อง รวมถึงการสอบเทียบ (Calibration) ทุก 6 เดือน ตลอดระยะเวลารับประกัน 2 ปี การส่งมอบต้องดำเนินการภายใน 120 วัน นับจากวันทำสัญญา ณ องค์การเภสัชกรรม จังหวัดปทุมธานี ตัวตู้อบต้องควบคุมอุณหภูมิได้ตั้งแต่ 9°C เหนืออุณหภูมิห้อง ถึง 220°C และมีระบบกระจายความร้อนแบบ APT. The machine must be new, in perfect condition, and have a warranty of at least 2 years. The seller is responsible for installation, testing (IQ/OQ), site improvements (if any), and providing additional tools and equipment to ensure the machine can be used as intended. In addition, the seller must provide training on the use and maintenance of the machine, including calibration every 6 months throughout the 2-year warranty period. Delivery must be made within 120 days from the contract date to the GPO in Pathum Thani Province. The oven must be able to control the temperature from 9°C above room temperature to 220°C and have an APT.
