The project aims to design and develop an automatic meeting transcription system that can transcribe audio, summarize key points, and store them in a meeting report database for future retrieval, for official use by the Office of the Royal Society. The bidder must have a registered capital of not less than 1 million baht. The scope of work includes designing, developing, testing, and installing the system, as well as providing user training. The system must have a user-friendly interface and support Thai language correctly. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, including experience in developing related systems and having a team of experts in computational linguistics, audio processing, and database management.
