องค์การกระจายเสียงและแพร่ภาพสาธารณะแห่งประเทศไทย (ส.ส.ท.) มีความประสงค์จะจัดหาบริการเช่าใช้ระบบอินเทอร์เน็ต (Leased Line) สำหรับศูนย์ข่าวภูมิภาค 3 ศูนย์ ได้แก่ เชียงใหม่ ขอนแก่น และหาดใหญ่ เพื่อรองรับการปฏิบัติงานของศูนย์ข่าวทั้ง 3 แห่ง และเพื่อให้การบริการระบบอินเทอร์เน็ตเป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ โดยมีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อรองรับการปฏิบัติงานของศูนย์ข่าวทั้ง 3 แห่ง (Balance Link) พร้อมการทำงานคู่ขนานวงจรหลัก ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องติดตั้งการเชื่อมโยงแบบ Leased Line Internet ที่ไม่จำกัดจำนวนผู้ใช้งาน ไปยังศูนย์ข่าวภูมิภาคทั้ง 3 แห่ง โดยแต่ละศูนย์ข่าวจะต้องมีวงจรหลัก (Main Link) และเชื่อมต่อวงจรสื่อสารสัญญาณความเร็วสูง (Fiber Optic) เพื่อให้บริการสื่อสารข้อมูลอินเทอร์เน็ต (Internet) รับ-ส่งข้อมูลภายในประเทศและต่างประเทศไม่น้อยกว่า 200 Mbps ตลอดระยะเวลาการเช่าบริการ และมีวงจรสํารองเป็นวงจรสื่อสัญญาณใยแก้วนําแสงชนิด Fttx ความเร็วไม่น้อย 1Gbps/150MB พร้อมส่งมอบ Public IP Address จํานวนไม่น้อยกว่า (8 IP Addresses) ผู้ให้บริการจะต้องมีระบบตรวจสอบและดูแลการเชื่อมโยงเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ตตลอด 24 ชั่วโมง และมีเจ้าหน้าที่วิศวกรให้คําแนะนําปรึกษาทางด้านระบบเครือข่าย

Thai Public Broadcasting Service (TPBS) intends to procure Leased Line Internet service for 3 regional news centers (Chiang Mai, Khon Kaen, and Hat Yai) for a period of 36 months. The service provider must install a Main Link and a backup circuit (Fttx), along with Public IP Addresses, to enable the news centers to use the internet efficiently. The main objective is to support the operation of the 3 news centers (Balance Link) with parallel operation of the main circuit. The service provider must install a Leased Line Internet connection with unlimited users to the 3 regional news centers. Each news center must have a Main Link and connect to a high-speed communication circuit (Fiber Optic) to provide Internet data communication, transmitting data within the country and abroad at no less than 200 Mbps throughout the service rental period, and have a backup circuit that is an Fttx fiber optic communication circuit with a speed of no less than 1Gbps/150MB, and deliver no less than (8 IP Addresses) of Public IP Addresses. The service provider must have a system to monitor and maintain the Internet network connection 24 hours a day, and have an engineer to provide advice on the network system.
