โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อให้เครื่องควบคุมการให้สารน้ําทางกระบอกฉีดยา (Syringe Pump) ของโรงพยาบาลหาดใหญ่ มีมาตรฐานด้านความปลอดภัยและพร้อมใช้งาน โดยครอบคลุมการบํารุงรักษาเชิงป้องกัน (Preventive Maintenance), การสอบเทียบ (Calibration) ตามมาตรฐาน ISO 9000, และการเปลี่ยนแบตเตอรี่สำรอง

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการตรวจเช็คส่วนประกอบภายนอกและภายใน, การตรวจสอบฟังก์ชั่นการทํางาน, การตรวจสอบประสิทธิภาพความเที่ยงตรง, และการสอบเทียบเครื่องมือโดยใช้เครื่องมือสอบเทียบที่ได้รับการรับรองและสามารถทวนสอบกลับได้ ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องออกใบรับรอง (Certification) หลังการบำรุงรักษาและสอบเทียบทุกครั้ง และต้องจัดหาเครื่องสำรองให้โรงพยาบาลใช้งานระหว่างการบำรุงรักษา

โครงการนี้มีระยะเวลา 12 เดือน แบ่งการส่งมอบงานเป็น 2 งวด แต่ละงวดมีจำนวน 312 เครื่อง โดยจะทำการจ่ายเงินตามจำนวนเครื่องมือที่บำรุงรักษาและสอบเทียบได้จริง

This project involves the maintenance and calibration of syringe infusion pumps, including spare parts, to ensure the safety and efficiency of the equipment before use on patients. It includes detailed condition checks, standard calibration, and preventive maintenance (PM), as well as the provision of backup equipment during maintenance.

The scope of work includes checking external and internal components, inspecting functionality, verifying performance accuracy, and calibrating equipment using certified and traceable calibration tools. The contractor must issue a certification after each maintenance and calibration and provide backup equipment for the hospital to use during maintenance.

The project duration is 12 months, divided into 2 deliveries of 312 units each. Payment will be made based on the actual number of equipment maintained and calibrated.
