สำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ (สสช.) ประกาศประกวดราคาอิเล็กทรอนิกส์ (e-bidding) เพื่อเช่ารถยนต์ราชการ จำนวน 14 คัน สำหรับใช้ในภารกิจของเจ้าหน้าที่ในการเดินทางไปปฏิบัติราชการและภารกิจอื่นๆ ประกอบด้วยรถโดยสารขนาด 12 ที่นั่ง (ดีเซล) จำนวน 4 คัน และรถบรรทุก (ดีเซล) ขนาด 1 ตัน แบบดับเบิ้ลแค็บพร้อมหลังคาไฟเบอร์กลาส จำนวน 10 คัน ระยะเวลาการเช่า 5 ปี (60 เดือน) ตั้งแต่ปีงบประมาณ พ.ศ. 2567 ถึง 2573 งบประมาณรวม 15,336,000 บาท ผู้เสนอราคาต้องจัดหารถยนต์ใหม่ ไม่เคยใช้งานมาก่อน พร้อมอุปกรณ์มาตรฐาน, เครื่องเสียง, กล้องบันทึกภาพ, ประกันภัยชั้น 1 และการบำรุงรักษาตลอดอายุสัญญา รวมถึงการจัดหารถทดแทนเมื่อรถเช่าไม่สามารถใช้งานได้ การพิจารณาคัดเลือกผู้ชนะจะใช้เกณฑ์ราคาต่ำสุด ผู้สนใจต้องส่งมอบรถยนต์ ณ สำนักงานสถิติแห่งชาติ และสำนักงานสถิติจังหวัด 10 แห่งตามที่ระบุ

The National Statistical Office of Thailand (NSO) is inviting bids through an e-bidding process for the lease of 14 official vehicles. The vehicles will be used by NSO staff for official duties and other missions. The lease includes 4 diesel-powered 12-seater passenger vans and 10 diesel-powered 1-ton double-cab pickup trucks with fiberglass canopies. The lease term is 5 years (60 months), from fiscal year 2024 to 2030, with a total budget of 15,336,000 baht. Bidders must provide new, unused vehicles with standard equipment, audio systems, dashcams, first-class insurance, and maintenance throughout the contract period, including replacement vehicles when leased vehicles are unavailable. The winning bid will be selected based on the lowest price. Interested parties must deliver the vehicles to the National Statistical Office and 10 provincial statistical offices as specified.
