โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อพัฒนาระบบ THACCA Platform เพื่อสนับสนุนนโยบาย Soft Power ของรัฐบาล ระบบนี้จะเป็นแพลตฟอร์มที่เชื่อมโยงคน ทรัพยากร และธุรกิจ ทั้งในประเทศและต่างประเทศ โดยจะมีการรวบรวมความต้องการจากหน่วยงานภาครัฐ ภาคอุตสาหกรรม และประชาชนทั่วไป นำมาวิเคราะห์และออกแบบให้สอดคล้องกับมาตรฐานเว็บไซต์ภาครัฐและนโยบาย Cloud First
ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการพัฒนาระบบที่มีคุณสมบัติหลากหลาย เช่น ระบบจัดการเนื้อหา (CMS), การแสดงผลที่ตอบสนองต่ออุปกรณ์ (Responsive Website), การรองรับหลายภาษา, ระบบสถิติ, การเชื่อมต่อกับ Social Media, ระบบจัดการข้อมูลเว็บลิงค์, ระบบติดต่อสอบถาม, ระบบค้นหา, ระบบจัดการแผนผังเว็บไซต์, ระบบจัดการผู้ใช้งาน และระบบรักษาความมั่นคงปลอดภัยสารสนเทศ
ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการทดสอบระบบในทุกด้าน, ติดตั้งบนโครงสร้างพื้นฐานที่กำหนด, ฝึกอบรมเจ้าหน้าที่, บำรุงรักษาระบบ, จัดทำสื่อประชาสัมพันธ์, และนำเข้าเนื้อหาตั้งต้น นอกจากนี้ยังต้องมีการประชุมสรุปความคืบหน้าและประเมินผลสำเร็จของโครงการอย่างต่อเนื่อง

This project aims to develop the THACCA Platform, a key tool for driving the government’s Soft Power policy. The system will gather requirements from government agencies, industry, and the public, analyze and design them in accordance with government website standards and the Cloud First policy. The scope of work includes developing a system with various features such as a Content Management System (CMS), responsive website display, multilingual support, statistical system, social media connectivity, web link management system, contact system, search system, sitemap management system, user management system, and information security system. The contractor must conduct system testing in all aspects, install it on the specified infrastructure, train staff, maintain the system, create promotional materials, and import initial content. Regular progress meetings and project success evaluations are also required.
