งานนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม DTMS (Distribution Transformer Management System) ระยะที่ 3 ให้สามารถใช้งานร่วมกับกระบวนการทำงานของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาค (กฟภ.) ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพ และตอบสนองความต้องการของผู้ใช้งานในหลากหลายบทบาท โดยจะมีการพัฒนาฟังก์ชันเพิ่มเติมเพื่อสนับสนุนการทำงานของผู้ใช้งาน รวมถึงการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลขั้นสูง ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการปรับปรุงและพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์ม DTMS ให้สอดคล้องกับความต้องการของ กฟภ. พัฒนาฟังก์ชันเพิ่มเติมสำหรับการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล และจัดทำเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง ผู้ยื่นข้อเสนอจะต้องมีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด เช่น มีความสามารถตามกฎหมาย ไม่เป็นบุคคลล้มละลาย และต้องแสดงรายละเอียดบุคลากรในโครงการที่มีคุณสมบัติตามที่กำหนด
This project aims to improve and develop the DTMS (Distribution Transformer Management System) Phase 3 platform to be compatible with the Provincial Electricity Authority (PEA)’s work processes efficiently and meet the needs of users in various roles. It includes developing additional functions to support user operations and advanced data analysis. The scope of work includes improving and developing the DTMS platform to align with PEA’s requirements, developing additional functions for data analysis, and preparing related documents. Bidders must meet the specified qualifications, such as legal capacity, not being bankrupt, and providing details of qualified project personnel.
