โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อบํารุงรักษาระบบบริหารจัดการรหัสผ่านและบริหารจัดการเซสชั่นการใช้งาน Privileged Access Management (PAM) สําหรับผู้ดูแลระบบของกองทุนเงินให้กู้ยืมเพื่อการศึกษา (กยศ.) ให้มีความพร้อมใช้งานและมีประสิทธิภาพตลอดเวลา โดยขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมถึงการจัดทําแผน Preventive Maintenance (PM), การตรวจสภาพและบํารุงรักษาระบบอย่างน้อยทุก 3 เดือน, การซ่อมแซมแก้ไขระบบเมื่อเกิดปัญหา (Corrective Maintenance), การปรับปรุง Firmware, Patch หรือระบบปฏิบัติการให้ทันสมัย, การสนับสนุนและปรับปรุงแก้ไข Configuration ในระบบ, และการรายงานผลการบํารุงรักษาและซ่อมแซมแก้ไขอย่างละเอียด ผู้รับจ้างต้องมีช่องทางติดต่อ 7x24 ชั่วโมง และมี Service Farm เพื่อรับรองการให้บริการ

This project involves hiring a contractor to maintain the Privileged Access Management (PAM) system for administrators of the Student Loan Fund (SLF), ensuring continuous availability and efficiency. The scope of work includes creating a Preventive Maintenance (PM) plan, performing system checks and maintenance at least every 3 months, troubleshooting and repairing system issues (Corrective Maintenance), updating firmware and the operating system, supporting and adjusting system configurations, and providing detailed maintenance and repair reports. The contractor must provide 24/7 support and a Service Farm to certify service delivery.
