โครงการนี้ดำเนินการโดยองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดสุโขทัย มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อเพิ่มแสงสว่างและความปลอดภัยในหมู่ที่ 3 ตำบลยางซ้าย อำเภอเมืองสุโขทัย โดยการติดตั้งไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะพร้อมขยายเขตไฟฟ้า

ขอบเขตงานประกอบด้วยการจัดหาและติดตั้งเสาไฟฟ้าสูง 7 เมตร จำนวน 15 ต้น พร้อมโคมไฟ LED ขนาด 90 วัตต์ ที่ขึ้นทะเบียนบัญชีนวัตกรรมไทย (รหัส 07010034) มีอุณหภูมิแสง 5000K + 300K รวมถึงการเชื่อมต่อระบบไฟฟ้าและระบบกราวด์ตามมาตรฐานของการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคและวิศวกรรมสถานแห่งประเทศไทย ผู้รับจ้างต้องจัดทำแบบรายละเอียดระบบไฟฟ้าและได้รับการอนุมัติก่อนดำเนินการ

นอกจากนี้ ผู้รับจ้างต้องดำเนินการติดต่อประสานงานกับการไฟฟ้าส่วนภูมิภาคเพื่อจัดหาแหล่งจ่ายไฟและรับผิดชอบค่าใช้จ่ายที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการขยายเขตระบบจำหน่ายไฟฟ้า รวมถึงการติดตั้งป้ายประชาสัมพันธ์โครงการทั้งแบบชั่วคราวและถาวร

โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ระบบไฟฟ้าแสงสว่างสาธารณะสามารถใช้งานได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามมาตรฐานที่กำหนด

This project, undertaken by the Sukhothai Provincial Administrative Organization, aims to enhance lighting and safety in Moo 3, Yang Sai Subdistrict, Mueang Sukhothai District, through the installation of public streetlights and power expansion.

The scope of work includes procuring and installing 15, 7-meter high poles with 90W LED lamps registered under the Thai Innovation Account (code 07010034), with a light temperature of 5000K + 300K, along with connecting the electrical and grounding systems in accordance with the standards of the Provincial Electricity Authority and the Engineering Institute of Thailand. The contractor is required to prepare detailed electrical system plans and obtain approval before proceeding.

Additionally, the contractor must coordinate with the Provincial Electricity Authority to secure a power source and bear the costs associated with expanding the power distribution system. This also includes installing temporary and permanent project information signs.

The goal of this project is to ensure that the public street lighting system is efficient and meets the specified standards.
