โครงการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยางผิวจราจรแบบ Asphaltic Concrete สายทุ่งเสม็ด หมู่ที่ 13 ตำบลนาสัก เชื่อมตำบลเขาทะลุ อำเภอสวี จังหวัดชุมพร เป็นโครงการภายใต้อำนาจขององค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดชุมพร มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อบรรเทาความเดือดร้อนของประชาชนในการสัญจร, ลดต้นทุนทางการเกษตรโดยการสร้างเส้นทางลัด, ปรับปรุงและบำรุงรักษาถนน Asphaltic Concrete ให้มีสภาพดี และเพิ่มความพึงพอใจของประชาชนต่อหน่วยงานรัฐ ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการก่อสร้างถนนลาดยาง, การติดตั้งป้ายโครงการ (ทั้งชั่วคราวและถาวร), และป้ายจราจรเพื่อความปลอดภัย ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องดำเนินการตามแบบแปลนก่อสร้าง, จัดหาวัสดุ, และควบคุมคุณภาพงานให้เป็นไปตามมาตรฐาน โครงการมีระยะเวลาดำเนินการ 90 วัน และมีการแบ่งจ่ายเงินเป็น 2 งวด ตามความคืบหน้าของงาน

The Asphaltic Concrete Road Construction Project on Thung Samet Road, Village No. 13, Na Sak Subdistrict, connecting to Khao Thalu Subdistrict, Sawi District, Chumphon Province, is a project under the authority of the Chumphon Provincial Administrative Organization. Its main objectives are to alleviate the difficulties of the people in commuting, reduce agricultural costs by creating a shortcut, improve and maintain the Asphaltic Concrete road in good condition, and increase public satisfaction with government agencies. The scope of work includes the construction of an asphalt road, the installation of project signs (both temporary and permanent), and traffic signs for safety. The contractor must follow the construction plans, provide materials, and control the quality of work to meet the standards. The project has a duration of 90 days and the payment is divided into 2 installments according to the progress of the work.
