โครงการนี้มีเป้าหมายหลักในการพัฒนาระบบแนะนําการดูแลสุขภาพส่วนบุคคลแบบองค์รวม (Personalized Healthcare Recommendation System) เพื่อให้คำแนะนำและการรักษาที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะเฉพาะของแต่ละบุคคล โดยใช้ข้อมูลทางการแพทย์และพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ได้จากการตรวจสุขภาพและข้อมูลอื่นๆ ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ระบบนี้จะประกอบด้วยระบบย่อยต่างๆ ได้แก่ ระบบรายงานผลสุขภาพ, ระบบรวบรวมและวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลสุขภาพ, ระบบผู้ช่วยแพทย์ในการแปลผลสุขภาพ และระบบให้คำแนะนำเฉพาะบุคคล
ขอบเขตงานครอบคลุมการศึกษาและวิเคราะห์ความต้องการ, การออกแบบระบบสำหรับผู้ใช้งานทั่วไป, ผู้ดูแลระบบระดับองค์กร, แพทย์หรือพยาบาล และผู้ดูแลระบบ, การพัฒนาระบบ, การติดตั้งและทดสอบระบบ (UAT Test), การอบรมการใช้งานระบบ, และการส่งมอบระบบพร้อม Source Code และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง
ระบบที่พัฒนาจะต้องรองรับผู้ใช้งานจำนวนมาก, มีการสำรองข้อมูล, และมีการรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลตามมาตรฐานสากล ผู้รับจ้างจะต้องรับประกันความชำรุดบกพร่องของงานเป็นระยะเวลา 1 ปี และต้องแก้ไขปัญหาภายใน 24 ชั่วโมง
This project aims to develop a Personalized Healthcare Recommendation System to provide tailored advice and treatment based on individual medical and behavioral data collected from health check-ups and other relevant sources. The system will enhance treatment efficiency, promote disease prevention, and improve patients’ quality of life. The target user groups include general users, doctors/nurses, system administrators, and organizational administrators.
The scope of work includes studying and analyzing requirements, designing systems for various user groups, developing the system, performing installation and testing (UAT Test), conducting user training, and delivering the system along with source code and related documentation.
The developed system must support a large number of users, have data backup capabilities, and ensure data security according to international standards. The contractor must guarantee the work against defects for one year and resolve issues within 24 hours.
