โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์หลักเพื่อผลิตและพัฒนาสื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ทันสมัยและถูกต้องในรูปแบบไฟล์ดิจิทัล (วีดีโอและเอกสาร) และสื่อสิ่งพิมพ์ (หนังสือคู่มือ) สำหรับการฝึกอบรมบุคลากรที่ปฏิบัติงานในเขตการบินของท่าอากาศยานดอนเมือง (ทดม.) ให้มีความรู้ความเข้าใจในหลักเกณฑ์และวิธีปฏิบัติที่ถูกต้อง โดยเนื้อหาจะครอบคลุม 3 หลักสูตรสำคัญ ได้แก่ หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้ขับขี่ยานพาหนะในเขตการบิน ทดม., หลักเกณฑ์และวิธีปฏิบัติสำหรับผู้ปฏิบัติงานในเขตการบิน ทดม., และการใช้วิทยุสื่อสารในเขตการบิน ทดม.

ขอบเขตงานรวมถึงการจัดทำแผนการดำเนินงาน, การศึกษาและออกแบบสื่อการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้หลักการ Instructional Design for e-Learning, การพัฒนาและผลิตสื่อวีดีโอการสอนที่มีความละเอียดสูง (Full HD) พร้อมภาพเคลื่อนไหวและเสียงบรรยายทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ, การจัดทำคู่มือการฝึกอบรมในรูปแบบเอกสารดิจิทัลที่สามารถเชื่อมโยงกับสื่อวีดีโอ, และการจัดพิมพ์หนังสือคู่มือการฝึกอบรมทั้งภาษาไทยและภาษาอังกฤษ

สื่อการเรียนการสอนที่ผลิตขึ้นจะต้องมีความถูกต้อง ทันสมัย และเหมาะสมกับการใช้งานจริงในพื้นที่เขตการบินของ ทดม. โดยมีเป้าหมายเพื่อให้ผู้เข้ารับการอบรมได้รับความรู้และทักษะที่จำเป็นในการปฏิบัติงานได้อย่างปลอดภัยและมีประสิทธิภาพ

The project aims to produce and develop modern and accurate educational materials in digital (videos and documents) and print (manuals) formats for training personnel operating in the Don Mueang Airport (DMK) airside area. The training will cover the correct principles and procedures, encompassing three main courses: Rules and procedures for vehicle drivers in the DMK airside area, rules and procedures for personnel in the DMK airside area, and the use of radio communication in the DMK airside area.

The scope of work includes developing a project master plan, studying and designing educational materials using Instructional Design for e-Learning principles, developing and producing high-definition (Full HD) instructional videos with animations and narration in both Thai and English, creating digital training manuals that can be linked to the videos, and printing training manuals in both Thai and English.

The educational materials produced must be accurate, up-to-date, and suitable for practical use in the DMK airside area, with the goal of providing trainees with the knowledge and skills necessary to operate safely and efficiently.
